Spark by Hilton Salt Lake City Airport

This hotel was beautiful and modern! The beds were very comfortable, and the shower head was adjustable, which I loved. The o my downside is that it was in a row of hotels but not close to anything of interest. Still, the hotel was really nice!

Our room was hot upon check-in, took a while to cool off. My son-in-law go stuck in the elevator as he was leaving to go to the airport, we had to walk down the stairs with all our luggage. They need to maintain the hotel better.

If you have the hanger in the door they will still come in anyways, which I wasn’t very much a fan of. Elevator was down when we arrived.

Clean and close to the airport. 8 minutes to rental car return. Perkins restaurnat on premisses and Wendy's and gas near by. They also have an airport shuttle. We used the workout room and pool, which were nice and clean. Breakfast starts at 6am, so we missed it due to our early flight.

Clean room, solid door, great staff, generally quiet, decent breakfast. Beds were comfortable!

Elevator was broken our entire stay. Check in was a hassle both days. Breakfast was lacking. Hallway carpet was torn up for repairs to the floor.

Comfortable accommodations. Not your average Hilton, a little low budget. But overall, it was a good stay. The breakfast is in fact, a continental breakfast, but it’s a pretty decent continental breakfast overall. No hot foods, unless you count the oatmeal that you could make yourself.

Ice machine was broken on our floor. It was close to restaurants and bar/grill.

Everything went well except elevator was out of service

I did not receive any reminder of this booking that I had booked several months earlier so was charged when I did not arrive when my plans changed.

We had been hiking all day on our second day there and came back to our room to enjoy a hot shower brought food back to our room in order to eat in the room and watch TV and our TV would not work. It would not go to regular TV the Internet went out all the time so I had to go down to the lobby to do some work on my tablet. It was not a good experience. I went and talked to the front desk help they were absolutely zero help they said they don’t have a service guy on staff that can check on the TV so it was an awful experience. It will never stay there again. I selected it because it was a Hilton hotel and I thought it’s gonna be a really nice place to put my family for the night no, it was not.!!! The breakfast was absolutely atrocious powdered egg discs no protein of any kind no meat no bacon no sausage nothing!!!

Again, on second stay within 2 weeks a great hotel convenient for the airport. Friendly staff and ensured a quick check-in particularly welcome after a long drive.
