Comfort Inn & Suites Salt Lake City Airport

The room was fine and clean. The breakfast was ok/adequate. The gym was minimal and perfunctory. The pool was very poorly maintained.

Clean rooms, good customer service, great breakfast and lots of parking

Close to airport is the major advantage. They offer free airport shuttle. This was all we needed dor this stay. Bathroom was not very clean, the floors could have used a vacuum and a good scrub.

Clean hotel and helpful polite staff!

We had a long day and when we returned to our rooms there was an heavy smell of gas/ paint fumes. Maintenance came and stated he had nonslip coating painted in a few rooms above us and one was directly above. I asked if there was anyway to move rooms since my child started getting a headache as well and the staff indicated yes and gave us the room numbers to move too. However when the manager caught wind of the situation he insisted that the whole hotel is getting treatment and moving us will not alleviate the issue no matter where we moved. I did state that the scent wasn’t strong everywhere else because we travelled with a group and he stated that there are no rooms available and all rooms were booked and that is also why he could’t move us. It was just becoming a big hassle no apology for inconvenience or effort to aide so we just took our losses. Breakfast was decent. Rooms are a bit overpriced for what you get but it worked well for us. Drains do clog in bathtub and sink but will eventually drain on it’s own slowly.

We had A little trouble getting to address due to all the construction in the area but once there the front desk staff was very helpful with directions to avoid closed roads. Also directions to good places to eat.

We arrived so very tired and were able to use the microwaves in the lobby for a late micro meal. The lobby set up worked very well for this. The beds were very soft, clean, and comfortable and our room was nearly silent. No loud sounds through walls. Our family slept very well and woke up to cinnamon and strawberry waffles. Would absolutely stay again.

I had a family emergency that forced me to cancel my trip. I had a road trip planned visiting multiple national parks with 6 different hotel stays. This was the only hotel unwilling to work with me on a refund.

The people were so nice and friendly.
