We were highly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the staff allowed us to have an early check-in and provided information about restaurant options. The morning breakfast was delicious, with a lot of options. The room was spacious and the king sized bed very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Salt Lake City area.

Breakfast wasn’t great and no orderly so you reach over reach other. Kind of awkward. Otherwise it was okay to stay at.

Check in was too long. We arrived at 3:20 and there was not a room available. We waited while others were checked in (30+ minutes). I don't know why there were rooms for them but not for us? I booked two queens but if offered I would have taken a king. Maybe a training opportunity? The female on the desk was very pleasant but was new and kept having to leave the desk to consult with her manager in the back. She needed to have an observer to help her. I feel like she was thrown to the wolves. Our credit card was charged twice, waiting to see if it resolves. Room was large, very clean and the breakfast was above average and was well maintained by the attendant. Easy access to the airport. I would book at this location again. check in too long building lost power at 5am

Easily accessible by transport from airport

Reserved 2 rooms, with 2 queen beds in each room. Our check in seemed rather rushed, and I felt a bit like we were inconveniencing the person checking us in. Got our room keys, went to the room and had a king in each room which was not what I had reserved. I went down to talk to the person at the front desk and felt like I was inconveniencing her even more. After some back and forth, she let me know that they didn’t have what I reserved and the king “suites” were the only thing available. Mostly frustrated because we felt very dismissed and annoyed that we weren’t told this during check in. Traveling with elderly people and a toddler, the last thing you want is an unexpected surprise like that.

The pictures are deceptive, we took what’s called an upgraded room, the room is kinda good size wise but they have a big issue with bathroom and bathtub! It’s not draining well at all, also room wasn’t that clean and you can tell is just old furnished. The only reason I booked it because they mentioned they have an indoor pool and bathtub which was CLOSED the whole stay and even they didn’t title that while reserving which is a great deception, we have waited for a good minute to have the help we needed to check in as well. Breakfast was alright nothing special about it.

Breakfast was good. The shuttle service is convenient and friendly.

Not the best stay at this hotel. Outdated (cracks in the walls, especially in the bathroom), not entirely clean (shelves were dusty and not properly wiped down), bad smell/odor in the room. We asked to change rooms because we thought it might be just this particular room, but the receptionist seemed annoyed with us and said they’re fully booked. She did offer to bring someone up to give us a Febreeze spray, but that never arrived in the 3 days we stayed there. Overall, I give it a 2 out of 5 stars. I wouldn’t book here again or with Comfort Inn unfortunately.
