Tru by Hilton Salt Lake City Airport

Conveniently near the airport. Despite this, the room was very quiet, so it was easy to sleep. I didn’t use the shuttle but one member of my party did and that was a benefit. Breakfast was really good; I love a good pancake machine. My kids and I enjoyed the pool table. Would definitely use again. Way better than the Radisson!

The staff were all friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were traveling with our dog and they accommodated us nicely.

The front desk lady was absolutely awful. She was incredibly rude and should not be in customer service. I will never stay at another Tru property again because of how awful my experience was here.

Very modern hotel. The only negative thing was that we had a CONFIRMED king size room and were given a double queen instead. We probably would have made noise about this but we were only there to make our very early flight the next morning. They should be more accurate on their reservations though.

Clean room, breakfast and free charging

No swimming pool and the attractions are like 20 min away.

The rooms are great and beds are comfy. Love that I can leave my vehicle there for a small charge when I fly out of Salt Lake

The room was extremely crowded. By the time we got out things in there we could hardly move. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. One of us had to be on the bed as there was only one chair. The worse part was the air conditioner. It made a loud noise when it came on and when it went off. It cycled about every two to three minutes. We are on a long road journey and booked two nights there to rest. It was not a comfortable rest.

Great location right next to SLC airport. We were a very late arrival and staff was wonderful. Offered a nice breakfast as well. Easy and convenient one night stay.

The hotel was clean. Check in was easy and quick. Close to the airport, with shuttle service. The beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice plus.

The property was modern and clean. The room was spacious. The only things missing was Microwave and Coffee make, but they wer available in main lobby. Just a little inconvenience to get coffee in the morning.

I usually stay here at this location when I come into town because it’s quiet and clean. Well kept up and rates are pretty good. I didn’t like being on the 1st floor but all in all it was nice
