Body wash was empty, bed was very uncomfortable & the pillow was lumpy & past its lifespan! The breakfast was terrible!! I had a bagel & cream cheese, both were NOT good, tasted like they were both expired, had water with my ‘Breakfast’ and dumped it out after one sip, it tasted like pure chemicals!!

The location was mainly industrial and just west of the airport. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. There were limited dining options.

The power was out in the entire building (on a 100° day) when we arrived and the front desk staff person offered no customer service for our options or ideas of timeline for when it would come back on/what they were doing about it... Just looked at me and shrugged. With some probing, they finally stated we had to reach out to booking.com for a refund. We went through the refund process with booking.com, and the hotel refused to refund our money for reasons I still can't wrap my head around. Apparently they think it's reasonable for people to expect to pay money for a hotel that has zero power.

It was easy to get to. The power went out shortly after we arrived due to a storm. No updates were given about when the power will be returned. Staff was defensive about our questions and were not friendly.
