Staff was rude and tub had rust.

Long wait line to check in.

The front desk is pretty rude and impatient.

Check in was smooth, as well as check out. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is good if you are driving in from the west or using the airport. Pretty much what I expected and met my needs. Breakfast could be a bit better but for the price and category of hotel I can't really complain. Location is not so good if you want to see the city or be close to things.

Clean and friendly staff

Nice property and room was clean. I slept very well. Little work out room was nice too.Wish the laundry was available later and earlier hours. Was not able to use much needed laundry. Everything else was fantastic.

Staff was friendly. Nice size rooms for families. Very Convenient. Right off of I-80. Only issue for me was that you could hear everything going on in the rooms next door and the room above, which was unsettling for my dog. Need to sound proof a bit better, otherwise, a perfectly nice spot.

I've said three quality inns in the last week, and this was the nicest one it's right up there with the hotels that I paid $125 for and as a lot cheaper. I stayed at a couple places on my trip that had really small bathrooms and I stood up off the commode and smack my head into the wall or the door knob. Those were not the quality in line they were independents or some cheap dive chain. I couldn't figure out a way to steal that hot shower to put it in my car. I have a lot of arthritis in my back my neck my shoulders and it came out with a lot of pressure it felt good you got to make sure you turn it down or it's going to be really hot and never runs out of hot water.

Unless you just need an overnight sleep between flights avoid this place like the plague Free breakfast a low quality joke.I regret booking here.Advertising very inaccurate.

I just needed a hotel the night before I traveled out of SLC. This was close to the airport, easy to find, and had fairly easy access to a few restaurants.

Clean and spacious room, very quiet in the room (no sounds of other guests or planes to be heard, fast checkin and checkout breakfast is rather basic

Today the least mot worth the money

Almost everything. The front desk when I checked in very nice and friendly made jokes. Ease of check in smooth. Location was good as well nearby to interstate and gas and other. Mini fridge and microwave in room were great had leftovers after long day on the road. Felt safe. Ice machine worked and vending near it was good. Easy to park. Paid wifi yet a good service and reasonable fee $10 click click done.

Had issue with room lock failure ( no ones fault). Handled immediately given a new room. Impressive response!!

The room The breakfast was sad I got down there at 830 there was no decaf coffee no creamer only saw waffles, bread, cereal and yogurts no hard boiled eggs just sad.

Room was clean but could have been better. They do not have eggs only yogurt , waffles and sweets for breakfast. I would have given more stars because the person who checked us in was super friendly and nice, however we found out the bathroom toilet was clogged late at night and no one answered when we called the front desk. I was too tired to go downstairs and in the morning I told the woman at the front desk and she didnt seem to care and 30 min later I went back after no answer again and she said the person who will take care of it is busy in another room and again did not seem to care. Not really friendly so we left because the toilet was backed up and nasty.
