Poor

Friendly front desk, clean quiet room.
-
Very good
-
The pillows were great if you like flat. The AC in my room was very noisy.
-
Clean, comfortable facilities, conveniently located near the airport.
-
A nice stopover night there. The staff are helpful.
-
The room was very clean and the staff at front desk was so helpful in getting me a shuttle to take me to the airport while leaving my truck there on the hotel premises.
-
Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, except on the phone. I waited a long time for room. When I called the hotel from the airport for shuttle pickup they said the shuttle wouldn’t be there until 4, which was a three hour wait. When I called a week ahead of time they said call from pillar B3 and someone would be out for pick up. I had to take a ride share. If I had known they couldn’t pick me up on arrival I wouldn’t have book with them. Never again!
-
The room was clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast was just the usual continental with a line for waffles! One night stay on a road trip, we have stayed here before and are pleased. Not a lot of dining options in the area, but it works out
-
We just spent the night before we had a 10 AM flight. The check in took a little while, but the room was quiet, I felt safe and the air conditioner worked.

Good
-
Room was clean, good bed, hole punched in the bathroom door was poorly repaired. Breakfast was very disappointing: no protein! Hard boiled eggs or yogurt are not difficult, and would help fix that.
-
Clean and roomy. Comfortable bed.
-
called repeatedly to front desk for airport shuttle without any answer staff was indifferent to lack of response for over 30 minutes. I took uber or Lyft to airport in the morning assuming that the shuttle was not reliable or even existent
-

-
