Clarion Inn Salt Lake City Airport

Room was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hallways were in real need of vacuuming and mopping in a few places. Would be nice if breakfast began at 5am for those leaving on early flights.

We stayed just overnight and the room was good. We had breakfast in the morning so that was nice.

Close to a Wendy’s and a huge Maverick

I only stayed for one night, but the room was clean and nice . The bed was good and it had free shuttle to the airport.. Exactly what I needed..

Excellent hotel near SLC Airport, with convenient shuttle and delightful breakfast.

I was enjoing by the pool

We had to call and go to the front desk 4 different times to ask to have our room cleaned. Hotel was in terrible disrepair and staff was unfriendly and rude

We arrived late in the evening but before midnight, the gentleman named Prince became verbally aggressive in a hostile demeanor when asked what was taking so long to get checked in. With the threatening look of his eyes and threatening demeanor ( stating we haven’t seen anything yet)we did not feel comfortable staying due to we are both getting elderly and don’t need confrontation. I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone due to the staffs attitude. There was a female employee standing there witnessing all, she apologized but made it sound like the manager of this motel supported this behavior from this person named Prince. Hopefully we get our money refunded? But if not at least we were safe in another motel close to the airport.

The towels are very old, some in my room are brown and torn. Those towels should be discarded. But the staff were helpful.

Definitely a worn facility.

Nice place really quiet location was perfect

The beds need to be replaced. To hard.

It’s kind of an older place so a little run down but it was clean and the staff was friendly. I think my only complaint would be that there was never any towels for the swimming pool. Luckily we had some with us but my son and his family did not so they had to buy some. Other than that our stay was great!

I fell for the good pictures they used for marketing. Our room key hardly worked and had to keep going to get it fixed. The room needed paint in a corner and was over sprayed. I get it’s an older building but it was a bad experience. Some stuff needs updated or work. I try to be good and more positive but I couldn’t with this stay. The cleaning staff are so nice and helpful though. Front desk wasn’t really. So glad someone was available to open the door when the key wouldn’t work to get in. Someone staying was nice enough to open it for us. The stupid keys hardly worked even when I checked into the room. DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. Just throwing that out there in case you are in need of one or just get a first floor room. Not saying not having an elevator is bad. But overall this was one of my least favorite experiences staying at a hotel.

The hot water facet was missing it's handle, and the cold water one kept falling off. The top dresser draw won't stay closed and there were bugs in the bathroom.
