Clarion Inn Salt Lake City Airport

It’s kind of an older place so a little run down but it was clean and the staff was friendly. I think my only complaint would be that there was never any towels for the swimming pool. Luckily we had some with us but my son and his family did not so they had to buy some. Other than that our stay was great!

I fell for the good pictures they used for marketing. Our room key hardly worked and had to keep going to get it fixed. The room needed paint in a corner and was over sprayed. I get it’s an older building but it was a bad experience. Some stuff needs updated or work. I try to be good and more positive but I couldn’t with this stay. The cleaning staff are so nice and helpful though. Front desk wasn’t really. So glad someone was available to open the door when the key wouldn’t work to get in. Someone staying was nice enough to open it for us. The stupid keys hardly worked even when I checked into the room. DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. Just throwing that out there in case you are in need of one or just get a first floor room. Not saying not having an elevator is bad. But overall this was one of my least favorite experiences staying at a hotel.

The hot water facet was missing it's handle, and the cold water one kept falling off. The top dresser draw won't stay closed and there were bugs in the bathroom.

The didnt have the ahuttle early enough for us to use it, then they billed my card twice and troubles getting that money back, ridiculous

If your looking for somewhere to sleep this is it.

I like that it was on the main road and I didn't have to travel hardly at all for food or the gas stations

Enjoyed our stay, will book here a next time

The breakfast buffet was amazing. All the staff are very nice and helpful. I got a extra night because I enjoyed it so much.

The hotel has NO Elevator

The breakfast was great, the room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was easy to control. There was a somewhat battered easy chair in the room that looked like it ought to be reupholstered.

Overall experience was miserable

not really anything, everything was dirty or broken except the bed sheets. Didnt even try to eat the breakfast. everything, will not stay here ever again.
