Check in was super busy but you could tell they only had one employee available, because she was running around trying to help an event and check ins. With that, we got checked in but didn’t get told how to get to our room, WiFi info or breakfast times. I think the communication was lacking. Other than that, rooms were clean and super spacious which I liked. They put us close to a lot of people because we could hear our neighbors loud and clear in the middle of the night, which I doubt the hotel gets that busy.

Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Good room for the price. Breakfast was good. Only bummer was the water was turned off for maintenance for 3 hours but the staff were very accommodating and helped as much as they could.

I highly recommend this Hampton Inn if you are staying overnight before flying out of Salt Lake City airport or after returning there. GREAT staff, great rooms, perfect location.

The room was clean and spacious, bed was fine. However there were somewhat disruptive building noises during the night, apparently shower, toilet from other rooms.
