I changed my rating solely based off of the customer service representative who helped us. Krish was the front desk/manager who helped my husband and I get our refund and had excellent customer service in resolving our issue. He was as very helpful, responsive and friendly and because of this I changed the 1 star to a 3 solely based off of him. Other than that the property needs maintenance.

Breakfast was delicious and set out on time. Front desk staff rude and not tentative to guests in lobby. Propert is NOT what is advertised in the obvious AI photos on the website. Property is more ran down than expected. Kitchenette has stove but did not have necessary cooking/eating utensils. Extremely strong smell from the restaurant. Bar staff was not knowledgeable on their craft.

I think one of the beds had a bed bug on it. So yeah I would be a little careful here but other than that it was ok I suppose.

The people and services were good, though the TV and the lamp in the room I used were a bit unusuable.

Specifically picked this hotel because amenities mentioned 24 hour shuttle, but was told at check-in that they do not. Also, no elevator in hotel and had to carry luggage upstairs

Our stay was pleasant and everything we hoped it would be as we were getting ready to head back home at the end of our vacation before going to the airport the next day.

All halls in hotel smelled like food.

Definitely not as nice as in the pictures. And a few things were broken. But for the price it was good. They had breakfast which was nice.

Definitely and easy and convenient place to stay. That being said the pictures online were deceiving. Staff was nice, rooms were just not as clean and updated as the photos showed.

Honestly it was cheap and the staff members were nice but thats about it Poor… Bad shape, worst breakfast I had and just dirty.

Airport shuttle was great as were rhe staff

yes they over charged me without my authorization and never got my 100 dollar card deposit back

Hotel has roaches lolets start there. The guy at front desk was way to touchy and friendly the lady that checked us in was lounging outside with guest instead at the front desk. Had to be moved 2xs and a tried a 3rd. Wouldn't recommend and they say there is no manager. Outside trash stinks and over flowing

The cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best, The towels and the bed covers were stained. The carpet in the stairs has multiple stains. The cleaning is not done daily. We asked the front desk for a house keeper and they didn’t come. So, we had to ask again for a housekeeper and they finally came.

-phone number on the telephone in the room didn't match my room number -ironing board wouldn't close -no indication that breakfast was available -no hair dryer in the room -room was not ready by 3:00 as posted
