We were checked it...walked to our room to find out they checked us into a room occupied when we walked into the guest in that room. Hotel is extremely dirt & very questionable young adults walking around disoriented. Including check in staff that needs BLACK sunglasses at 11:00 at night inside. Extremely uncomfortable & non-safe vibe

When you walk into this hotel it looks like something you’d see on mtv in 2007 with the vibe of cool, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere. Staff was great and overall great experience!

Just about everything amazing quiet friendly staff and was a whole vibe. I can’t wait to go back. The only things I didn’t like was there was no mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms and climate control could’ve been cooler during the day.

Evo never disappoints. We’ve stayed there at least four times. The staff are kind, the beds are comfy and the entire place is very clean. It’s close to food and coffee and downtown is less than a few minutes away.

This is a perfect place to stay for the active and outdoorsy person. So much to do around the area and even IN the hotel! It’s a great place. I’ve never stayed anywhere like it. I chose it for my son, who was traveling with me and he loved all the amenities of the hotel. Highly recommend.

Hotel was amazing, gym, skate park, climbing wall, bar, coffee bar and restaurants within walking distance! Beds were so comfy, bathroom soaps/shampoos so good and place very clean. They had all the extras, several water fountains for filtered water bottle use and common areas to chill when needed. We walked to Fishery Brewery, highly recommend and when Culinary Dropout opens just down the street, would love to visit there as well.
