If you are looking for an eclectic and memorable hotel to stay in, I highly recommend staying here. The staff were super friendly and the enviroment just welcoming. Definitely will stay here anytime I am in the area in the future. If you are a skateboarder, they have an indoor park just for you. I am not, but it kinda gives you the vibe of this hotel. Can't say enough nice things about the overall experience at this hotel. If you are a business person, like me, they have an awesome lobby to sit in and do work. WIFI was great too.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, and appreciate the access to the Bouldering Project climbing gym.

It was a very unique hotel! There was free skateboarding in their inside park, and free saunas, and locker facilities. There was a bar on site, and a coffee shop. It was a really cool place. The staff was extremely helpful and the site was very clean.

Great roof top bar w/firepit and great staff. Very unique venue.

There was major road construction when we arrived and this made unloading and loading the car more challenging. Other than that, the place was great- comfy bed, easy check- in checkout, friendly staff, free DELICIOUS coffee in the am, attractive design and aesthetically pleasing. Well done evo!!

The only request I would have is a small grassy patch for dogs who prefer to do their duty on grass not rocks. We walked a few blocks and could not find grass anyplace :(

At 4pm we came back from exploring all day and felt like napping, yet the music from the bar down the hallway emanated into our room.

Such a cool space, the rooftop bar was a nice vibe, the rock climbing huge and awesome, a decent gym, kiddo loved skateboarding. Little sad the bike rentals didn’t have kid bikes for smaller than teens. Room was perfect and comfy and best vibes and community spaces. Location meh, nothing really close by but nothing wrong with it if you had a car.

The hotel should have a clear information about rooms without windows, so people can make informed decisions during the booking process.

Our room didn’t have windows, which is fine, but not apparent on the website. The hotel is busy and should focus on being one or two of the following, but not all… a hotel, store, coffee shop, climbing gym, skate park or co-working space. The area was cool and there is a great food hall within walking distance.

Loved the room and balcony (although balcony did not feel private due to low divider walls). The immediate neighborhood is very much a construction zone (fortunately no noise during a Friday night stay). I was disappointed the local artwork in our room was in flux during our stay.
-
fantastic place, clean, unique and it had a lot to offer
-
Skate park, free coffee in the morning Surrounded by construction
-
Nothing Rooms are very small, cement floors are not polished, no closet, beams can hit your head and the light is poor in the room. No coffee, water or mini fridge. The parking lot is terrible. No free breakfast.
-
Great place to stay! Lots to do, nice staff and clean!
-
Good spot in theory, but our room had poor ventilation and smelled like a sweaty gym…. The smells from the surrounding gym and rock climbing areas were not great…

Stayed a few times its always awesome and staff are the best
