The people at the front desk were very nice, accommodating and helpful

expensive for a one-night stay but based on the going rate int he town it was average.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable. The full-size fridge was a nice surprise. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a very nice lady taking care of the trash and keeping the food stocked.

Sheets were stained, elevator was filthy, hallway carpets were stained, kitchen area backsplash was filthy, shower had mold and serious water damage. Staff also claimed I couldn’t use one debit card over another, and got kind of rude with me over it. I have picture proof of everything and will be requesting my money back.

Breakfast wes great.

The room was clean. However, when I was about to take a shower, I found a used wash cloth above the shower curtain. Also, the bar where the hand towels go came off the wall and I had to fix it. I may not stay here again when I come back to San Angelo.

The location is good near the stores and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was a little dirty and I found clothing labels on the carpet under the ac.

Clean , safe and quiet . They appear to be updating their facility . Great breakfast and front desk crew .

We stay here whenever we come to town, and it is always a great experience!

I lked the room it was spacious and comfortable however the plumbing was unacceptable and the staff was slow to offer a room, instead she gave my husband a plunger . That's when I told her I wanted another room.

Our room was clean and quiet. There was a variety things on the breakfast bar. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We will stay again when in the area.

Kinda odd how you get there by directions but driveway is not very friendly for low cars everything looked worn-out counters doors door dings on walls stains on dresser Lil lamp on desk had rust on it the window shades would not fully close that in it self was very disturbing when changing especially on ground floor. Even though I got clean towels and they cleaned the restroom they never mad the bed. Very strange ? Sorry wrote every thing on first box (see first box)

We had a hard time getting checked in, it took over an hour due to some system error they were having. After that the stay was pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
