Trying to get management or staff to return calls have been awful

Staff was nice. $45 for self parking in a half filled lot across the street is WILD. For that reason alone this hotel is not worth the stay. It is not worth the price overall

Looked nice on the outside. Roaches in our room, very dissatisfied with the room and the reaction of the staff to our concern over the roaches.

Room was clean and the staff was very helpful. To use the valet was a little challenging since the front of the hotel has a tiny parking lot. But the valet staff was also great! It’s easier to park across the street from the hotel, it’s still hotel parking and there is a fee. This hotel is in a great location! 10 min drive from the Pearl

Clean room.. valet was always on time. Staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions.. very welcoming :)

Noise, broken elevator, restaurant closed, cleanliness of patio and common areas.

The staff was amazing. The facilities need some work. The were no towel bars in the bathroom, the bed was placed directly next to the air conditioner so the air blew directly on the bed, had a sore throat both mornings. The room had poor lighting and there was a 1 1/2 inch gap under the main door that let in light and noise continuously.

The room was amazing, clean beds so comfortable. The location on the river walk was not good. Parking is outrageous and you can't bring your own cooler to the pool , you have to buy drinks or beer from the bar of the hotel.

This place is way over priced for the state of the room, the furniture and decor in the room and just the hotel in general. We checked in and went to the room and decided it was not worth what we were paying. Told the front desk we weren’t happy and didn’t want to stay. She told us that we have to pay for one night since it’s technically a late cancellation or something. We went back and forth and she ended up refunding me but not without having to argue for that. Don’t bother staying here. There’s way nicer places at the same price.
