The hotel itself is very pretty. The bed in the Serenity Suite felt like sleeping on a slab of concrete. It made my back hurt so bad I could not even turn over to try and get comfortable. And the couch and chair were not any better. We decided to check out the pool but the water was so murky you couldn’t see the bottom. The coffee bar on the rooftop did not offer any sugar free options for the iced latte which stinks if you’re a diabetic. For the amount of money the room was I expected a little bit more comfort. We won’t be going back to this hotel.

The room and hotel staff, including the valet staff, were great. We were not impressed with the restaurant. We went for brunch and there was no coffee, it was ready when we were leaving. Then for a late dinner the waitress said we could only place food orders for 10 more minutes even though it said they served food for another hour. So overall great, just not the food.

Overall the Hotel is top notch! Very unique and elegant and the rooms are phenomenal. Oddly enough the only complaint would be in regard to the customer service, and this is not directed to the front desk, they were amazing. But in other areas of the hotel, nothing rude or detrimental, just a lack of attentiveness. Which was unfortunate because everything else about the hotel had made such a great first impression and one could easily chalk it up to a rare "blip" in the moment. But overall it was a great experience and stay!

Excellent customer service, probably the best I've experienced. But pool was a little dirty and rooms were small. Overall, a good stay.

We couldn’t check in until 4:45. Ac wasn’t working, even after sending someone up who claimed it was fixed. No hot water in morning. We told staff and night and was offered $100 room credit and was told “Sorry, it’s hot in Texas”. Room was $600 and would not stay there again. Thompson in Nashville and Dallas was wonderful but this was an entirely different experience.

excellent staff, extremely nice and helpful, always willing to help, we missed breakfast so we doordashed and i wanted to surprise my fiance with the room service service ( she loves the metal lids experience in hotels ( you know, women with service and food :) ), so i went to the rest and asked if i could borrow a couple of plates and the metal lids to do that for her, they helped me with plates lids a cart, utensils etc, she was so happy when i knocked the door and came in with the whole cart, deff make her day with that. also it was her bday and the front desk left cake and a bottle in the room when we were out. it was very nice and thoughtful of them. Thanks to everyone. no complaints on anything, just a little pricey, valet parking a little high as well ( there is no much options to park around) so it was neccesary to use the service, but it was worth it overall.
