The hotel has so many great details added to the room like a face and eye masks for you to elevate your stay. The hot water wasn’t working in my room and I had to take a cold shower. I realized this late into the night when I showered and I didnt want to have to call the staff to come fix it as I just wanted to get into bed.

Poorly trained staff - restaurant out of business - try any other hotel downtown Monarch Mokara etc… for better experience

I absolutely LOVED my stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The location is perfect for tourist, there are a lot of bars in walking distance. The pool was my absolute favorite, I spent a lot of time there. & the spa? My massage was a 100/10, definitely recommend going if you have the extra coins.
