Baymont by Wyndham San Antonio Downtown

The stay was horrible the elevator did not work. The parking lot was overcrowded so they wanted us to park across the street in a dirt field in the middle of the night. The train runs through there and wakes up the whole entire room. The ACs are allowed it was just awful. The room was unclaimed and not wiped down and you could clearly tell and see handprints and fingerprints everywhere. That bathroom sink was nasty.

Elevators were down, stairs carpet was very dirty, fridge in room did not function, shower head was dirty, restroom was not very clean. No parking available, pool was green and it had leaves in it and was not kept up with.

Place its ok I guess staff are really rude and disrespectful plus the language barrier with the front desk lady is stressing not being able to communicate with them also once I arrived at the hotel they had overbooked and had more people coming in with pay reservations than Rooms available had to wait in my car for about 35mins because they couldn’t decide if I was getting my money back or not place behaves like tfs lots of people leaving frustrated because they didn’t get a room or a refund thankfully I suppose to be getting my money back thanks to Expedia horrible experience wrong choice wrong place wrong day who knows..

Air conditioning needed some work. Guess it had to do with the humidity. There were spots on the hall with black mold and peeiing paint. These spots were BIg! Pool(which was the reason why I chose this place) was green and full of trash. When I asked about the pool hours the front desk said “oh you probably don’t want to swim. It’s a little green”. She wasn’t lying. Wasn’t worth the money. But the beds were comfy.

It was good. Staff was very kind and helpful.

No comments need more attention elevator out of order

All was good except when I checked in they charge me for a security deposit in which it should be my option when I reserved and supposedly it will be refunded after 4 to 5 days into my card.

The Hotel is very clean most probably just renovated. Breakfast was definitely the best, I didn't try the waffles, people were in Q. Nice place at the reception counter you could hang out to watch Football matches. It's the best and cleanest most affordable hotel in America. Only downside is the Elevator was not working!

The elevator was out of service and I was on the 3rd floor. The bathroom door would not stay shut.. we had to use a chair to help keep it shut. The bathroom floor was dirty. And had trouble using the television. The only good thing I could say about this last minute booking for a night was the bed was comfortable or maybe I was just exhausted from the concert. I will not be staying here again.

clean, nice, easy stay

No elevator was working at the facility, there are no Premium TV channels nor any sort of TV. You had to use apps to be able to view anything on the TV. No ice machine working at the entire hotel. Would not recommend this hotel.

Recently renovated. Great price and it’s close to the riverwalk! Staff was very helpful!

IT WAS ALL NICE NEW RENOVATIONS LOW BUDGET !
