The hotel was better than expected. It was in a convenient location and the room was clean. The rooms have a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, and microwave. If we had known about the available grills, we would have absolutely used them. Great exp!

I've stayed here several times in 2026 due to it working really well for my quarterly work travel. It's been quiet, the staff helpful, and it has kitchen for food limitations. This last time? I had a very noisy group next to me after midnight. When I reached out to the woman at the front desk, things went poorly. She told me she couldn't do anything, that the other guests paid for a room too?? and that she was not allowed to contact guests in their room. Seriously? but then she revealed that she knew exactly who was noisy - they'd said rude stuff to her in the lobby. It was clear she just didn't want to get involved and was making excuses. I pushed back but she played dumb about room numbers and said I"d have to go into the hallway to confirm the room, despite it being the only one next to mine! I guess she was hoping I would let it go? That put her in the position of dealing with it and getting security or have me escalate and call the police. The group finally got quiet 1230am just as their security came to investigate. It was disappointing since I've really appreciated the location but if they can't made a simple noise issue, what might happen with something serious?

We loved how it was so close to many attractions and that it was close to the freeway. So convenient and safe. Also loved how friendly the staff was and everything the hotel had to offer. Pool was cleaned and there was a free laundry facility. There was almost nothing to dislike. The only thing I would say is probably the rooms could be cleaned a bit better especially around the edges of the bed. Otherwise everything seemed great.

The hotel was so nice. They had a little room in the lobby with snacks and ice and coffee which I loved. The room had a little kitchen. It was such a nice stay and room. I loved it and would definitely be back. The people above us sounded like they were doing jumping jacks or moving around all of the furniture all night long. Even after complaining to the office at 2am they continued. Complained again at 5am and they still continued

Easy access to the property, easy to find, plenty of parking, check-in was a breeze, we had a queen, size bed, kitchenette, and bathroom, it was roomy large closet. We didn’t use them, but there was silverware pots and pans a stove, a microwave a dishwasher.

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Kitchen was well stopped. Parking was convenient. Only thing missing would’ve been nice to have a hairdryer in the bathroom.

The hotel upon walking in had a smell. The elevator and the hallways were hot and smelly. The room was clean and no smell. Staff was welcoming.
