Best Western Alamo Suites

Hotel was close to the downtown area. Our room was nice and clean. Staff was professional and the check-in and check-out process was easy peasy. Also, loved the complimentary breakfast, free parking and the indoor pool with jacuzzi was a plus!!

Air conditioning in room was not working well, room took too long to get cool.

Clean room, very spacious. Nice lobby, good service. Pool too small and beds not to comfortable.

A lot of stuff was just ok, except my room had ants all over the bathroom floor

Close to venue we went to Ceiling fan didn't work and front desk was rude.

Everything was extremely nice and clean except the pool , need more attention

Good prices, comes with breakfast Not too great area, parking is limited. Rooms not very clean. We stayed in a suite that had two rooms and the air only worked in the first room.

Really a nice hotel. Family friendly. Staff is cooperative. 24-hour free coffee. Enjoyed my stay.

Staff was very nice and helpful Looks nothing like the pictures it is very outdated. Our room smelt like an old AC unit was running. The bathroom was tiny and the doors inside the room did not close.

The king suite was comfortable and spacious. Bed was big and sheets were super clean. The only thing we didn't like was that the A/C had a really strong smell of humidity.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The shower was amazing, too. The water pressure was exceptional and it stayed hot throughout the shower. The hotel was very quiet. We never heard any noise. I will definitely be back!

I don’t normally write reviews but the hotels deserves a review. Coming inside to check in hotel was super clean. Staff was very friendly. Went to my room was super clean as well very spacious. AC worked pretty well. Also got to enjoy the hot tub and pool. Staff was always friendly. Free Breakfast as well. Over all 10/10
