Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Downtown

Not enough parking. Rooms not clean.

The ice machine and elevator not working.

Check-in was great. The room was very spacious with a huge refrigerator lots of counter space and storage space. Nicely remodeled and painted. Only concern was the Ac really didn’t cool the room down.

There was roaches in the room and bed bugs and you can tell they didn’t change sheets cause there was blood on them from bed bugs

You could see that it’s being renovated, but smells like “fresh paint”(feet). Rooms was nice but a little dirty, hair on the walls in shower and in the bed. Restroom floor was not mopped. The pool was offered but t when we were going to get in it was dirty and slimy. We will not be back but hope it gets better.

The shower was clogged and smelled very bad. Also, my room was never cleaned by housekeeping during my stay, despite expectations for regular cleaning.

There were no parking lines so everyone was parked horribly and we had to park across the street, when we went to our room there were q tips on the floor and hair and old soap all over the bathroom. I went to take a shower and realized there was no shampoo, conditioner or toilet paper. The bathroom door did not properly shut. Overall very displeased with my stay. I will 100% not stay again and would not recommend to anyone.

Our room was exceptionally clean, fresh, and comfortable throughout our visit. Additionally, having accessible and secure parking made exploring the downtown area completely stress-free. We also love that the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a massive plus for travelers with pets. There was honestly nothing we didn't like everything exceeded our expectations

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—their customer service is absolutely top-notch! Our room was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and fresh. Finding hassle-free parking in downtown San Antonio can usually be a headache, but the parking setup here was convenient and easy. On top of that, it is wonderfully pet-friendly, meaning our furry family member got a warm welcome too. Excellent value, perfect location, and a wonderful experience overall. We will definitely be back

Habitaciones con clima, camas cómodas, baños limpis, agua caliente con buena presión, TV grande, WiFi excelente, estacionamiento amplio. Desayuno muy sencillo, es su área de oportunidad. Definitivamente volvería

It was clean and very comfortable. The booking was to pay on site but they run your card anyways without telling you. The parking lot was small. You had to park at another location next to the hotel that had no lights. The only good thing was that there is a police station near by so cops would drive by throughout the night but still felt like we could’ve been robbed out there.

That is close to downtown area. Almost everything from the nasty pool to the rooms. No breakfast, very damaged is not how it looks on pictures.
