Staff was extremely friendly and nice.

Great hotel! Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to going back again. Only trouble spots were that the ice machine was dead on our floor and the elevators were slow.

Location is great and the restaurant downstairs (Domingo) is fantastic. Ate there multiple times. Shower and bathroom had an odd smell. No biggie.

From the moment we walked into the hotel to the departure, we experienced outstanding customer service. Great location. The on site restaurant and bar were both great. Domingo had some of the tastiest food on the riverwalk!

Every member of the staff went above and beyond. The welcome beverage was just the tip of the iceberg. Also recommend using the house bicycles to ride to The Pearl

Location is great and hotel is stylish. A/C is not good in-room and totally absent in hallways, makes it much less comfortable.

The hotel was ideally situated with great amenities. The restaurant and the bar had amazing ambience, service, and food. I can’t wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed for just one night, but we absolutely loved it. It was clean, conveniently located and had a great staff. We visited the bar and relaxed. We will return for a longer stay.

This property was such a pleasant surprise!! All of the staff was super friendly and offered many suggestions of things to do around town. Jp and Hector were suburb with customer service for breakfast at Domingo’s. This is a must and we have already booked for a November return…!!!

Location and the design, ease of getting around the Riverwalk. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t book a seat at the restaurant for a large party.

Clean and spacious room in a great location. Great facilities including a bar and restaurant. A very busy tourist hotel with expensive valet parking.

Amazing stay great area

Upon arrival the staff was very courteous and informative. Room was clean, facility very well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this location. The hotel was also conveniently located to all the sites we planned to visit. Thank you John, Tania and entire staff - Exceptional service!

Great Location, Great Staff

The location of the hotel was very convenient. Beautiful place and scenery. We had amazing views from our hotel room. Very decent and comfortable stay. Check in was so easy and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the hotel bar and their bartenders were wonderful. Would love to stay here again.
