This property is shut down so I am waiting to see if I will get my money back for a stay I booked through Expedia for a hotel that's permanently closed.

Hotel is closed and is under construction. We made this reservation a month ago and we were not notified.

Quiet location Smell of marijuana all throughout the second floor. A fire occurred on March 1st staff never called emergency services, a guest woke everyone up and notified guests of fire. Fire started at 3am we weren’t evacuated until 6am after a guest pleaded with staff to evacuate hotel and refused. No relocation assistance was offered and till this day March 27th we still have not received a refund for the 3 days we extended with the property. We were rushed out and I forgot to grab my power cord to my laptop. Management was on property and refused to allow me to get my cord. They were in and out of the building and refused to go get it either.

Great price and located close to medical center Fire alarm woke us up at 4am. We had to sit in our car to warm up or go down the street to use the bathroom.

Nothing at all I booked a smoke free room and they put me in a room that someone had smoked in!! They didn’t give me a refund

About an hour later we were evacuated for a fire. I never received my cash deposit back. I have tried reaching out multiple times and no response.

We traveled four hours in from Dallas and when we got in front of the Clarion, we found out it was closed due to arson. We never got contacted by Expedia. We never got contacted by the hotel. It was a mad scramble to get another room. It was all a terrible experience. I don’t know who dropped the ball whether it was Expedia or whether there was a Clarion, but it was a terrible experience

Drove from out of town only to find the hotel closed. No email or text or any update to let us know anything. We had to look for another hotel late at night with kids.
