Park Inn by Radisson, Medical Center

The location I was charged 40 dollars to check in early and in the morning I found out that they charge 25 for early check in and they didn't even had me on file that I had payed the 40 dollars

Great air conditioner and the room and building was immaculate. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all hours

Beds were comfortable and there was a small fridge in the room. Shower was good, but that was about it. Breakfast was basically nothing! And we were not happy that the desk clerk did not allow us to put another chair in the room (said they needed for breakfast room, but that was highly doubtful) My mother is 84 yrs old, so I think the clerk should have been proactive / more accommodating to a small request like this.

Loved my stay there. Staff was great and accommodating. The only concerns I have are just one exit/entrance into the building and the WiFi lagging some. But technical things! Other than that super quiet and calm. As a veteran I loved this portion also.

Worst place Ive ever stayed at. bugs in the room, stain on bed sheet and mattress.

We were booked for 3 nights but something came up and we had to leave after 2 nights but the hotel still charged us for the 3. Bed was not comfortable at all and carpet was not very clean. Parking is also somewhat limited , especially pulling a small uhual trailer. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend.

Very clean and well kept parking lot..at the desk a young friendly gentlemen checked me in quickly and no hassle..rooms are crisp, clean, welcomy enviornment..love it soo much.

For medical reasons; family member was at San Antonio's Methodist Hospital. This is the very most convenient hotel to San Antonio's main medical facilities. It is a basic two star hotel. It is all about location.

How clean is was I went to throw some trash in the garbage can outside. The manager came outside followed me I really couldn't understand what she was saying.would I go back to this particular hotel, no.
