Comfortable room n bed. They did not provide breakfast even after paying more for breakfast. The front desk person was very rude, we were 3 families with each family of 4. All 3 family stayed in exact same room, but ended up getting 3 different amount as a refund for breakfast. One friend got 46$, other friend got 35, and I got 30. When questioned he was very rude, he didn’t want to answer any question at all. He spoiled the day and overall made mine and my friends kids and family in hunger. Complete lack of empathy.

Nice place for the price. Was pretty quiet. Breakfast was not free and was not very good this visit. Understaffed could have been reason. Other then that nice place

I always book through Expedia and like this Hotel (Residence in by Marriott). I travel every 3 weeks. I dislike that I am charged for parking by Residence in by Marriott and that is not announced as "extra" by Expedia when selecting a Hotel. None of the other Hotels in San Antonio, TX have ever charged me "extra" for Parking and I've stayed at half a dozen.

The location for this hotel is in a great location, for shopping, out door activities and restaurants. The hotel staff was courteous. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Not to mention quiet and relaxing.

Things were well we didn’t indulge in the amenities. They had some shady looking security / Police officer patrolling the parking lot. But the hotel was good. No problems during my stay.

I checked in at night and the guy was very snobby. When I asked if they serve breakfast his reply was, “it’s not complimentary”. How rude was that. Housekeeping came on the third day and only replenish two face cloths. No bed was made, the bathroom ceiling had water stains and there was a huge spider web in front of the toilet. I would not recommend this Marriott it really needs to be upgraded!
