The staff was welcoming, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to get to nearby restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

Nothing. I didn't stay. The person at the front desk was very rude. The neighborhood was bad. The paperwork said I could check in at 3pm and they said I could not check in until 4pm unless I paid extra $25. See above.

At check-in, the front desk staff was rude and attempted to charge me again even though the reservation During the stay, there was no iron After the stay, I noticed what appears to be an itchy, red bite/mark on my arm and I’m documenting it with photos.

The guy not sure how it was spelled. He was incredibly rude and did nothing to help us. Took 20 minutes before he even checked us in. So we were just standing there waiting for someone to check us in.

Outside looks like a luxury hotel but when you walk in it's a different story. Location is everything. But I will not be getting a room here anymore. It's not worth the money paid for! Room smelled like smoke and disgusting stench of cigarettes. Linens were stained and gross looking. Shower curtain was stained and bathtub was clean bare minimum. I had to buy bleach spray to spray down the tub and toilet myself. Chair was dirty. Dressers were dusty. Walls had stains on it.
