Bathroom was filthy ,sink and mirrors dirty. Smelled of urine.

Long term stay which means people live there. They're are old rusty cats in the back. These people scream, argue and you could smell Marijuana. The room looked ok, but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the stove had a crack so I wasn't risking anything just to use it. The unfortunately thing all of this overshadows hope nice the staff was. I would not stay here again until everything is remodeled and the people who live there aren't there anymore.

Rooms need way more cleaning, and property itself.

I do not recommend this hotel if there was an option for 0 stars that would be it. Greated in the room with roaches everywhere. I got a smoke free room the whole hallway smelt like weed and smoke. Looks nothing like the pictures.

Walked into the room and there were roaches on the sink. Door lock was broken. Hall carpet was dirty. Beds were shredded. Room stank. Though the ad said no drinking outside of rooms there was a person drinking at the pool area and asked for my 16 yr old daughter to come party with him. We did not stay! Was told by the front desk they were going to start a refund. I complained to the property through Hotels.com, and they responded through the app, as well as email that I was getting a refund, though the amount they said I was getting was not as much as I paid. They said to give it 10 business days to show up on my card. Waited the 2 weeks and nothing. I messaged them again, and no answer. So I contacted hotels.com and forwarded the email stating I was getting part of my money back, and was told that the property was not responding to them and that there would be no refund. My suggestion is to stay far away from red roof inn!

There was a bad smell in the halls, likely cigarrettes, or something else. Two people seemed to try and break down the door of the room next to mine, in pursuit of the person in there to get money. eventually they went down to the parkinglot and argued near my vehicle.

The hotel was disgusting. It was very dirty. We had bedbugs mold. Also our toilet wouldn’t flush and our sink were clogged. The people working at the front desk were very rude and there’s a very huge language barrier as well. They never answer the phones and every time I will try to ask for help in the front desk to either get a key or to ask any question at all they would get upset. They’re very unprofessional in that hotel I would definitely not recommend. I feel very bad for anyone whoever has to stay there I still have a rash. I’m having to sleep in a bed where there was bedbugs. Those rooms had honestly never been cleaned. They’re so filthy 30 and they smelled horrible apart from the hotel, being full of junkies and unprofessional people that do not know how to work or run a hotel

Disgusting roaches everywhere

Everything in the room were dirty, towels, Bedsheets and bed were really squeaky and noisy and the bathroom floor wasn’t clean , the were bugs in the bathtub

First room was dirty and had stains that looked like blood. Second room after room exchange wasn't too much better. Sink was filthy

Beds sheets dirty the tv was not working the ice machine was not working just bad experience

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The shower had previous person hair everywhere in it. The room had what appeared to be smeared chocolate or something resembling that color. Just was not worth the money I spent.

Amazing service

No Iron or Iron Board , no shower shampoo, containers empty, why have them if they going to be empty, never booking this hotel again

It was good stay.

Had a fantastic stay – clean rooms, great service, and perfect location; highly recommend
