My room had an odd smell and the comforter smelled like if someone slept on it. I was surprised because this hotel is usually very clean.

Nice quiet area and property, staff was very friendly....if we're back in area any time soon this will be 1st place we look to stay.

This hotel was VERY clean. Staff is very attentive to details and helpful. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been. The breakfast is elaborate and has so many options. The free cocktail hour has pretty much a full on meal which was great for us because we don’t drink. It’s all included. Rooms are quiet, you don’t hear your neighbors. Only thing is the pool is small but there were not a-lot of swimmers during the day when we went so it was fine. You have to pay to use the laundry (only mentioning because we were not aware beforehand). The fridge is tiny but big enough for cold drinks and there is a microwave in the room. The parking garage is secure. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel which was overwhelming when arriving in the dark. The next day of driving around was also overstimulating but once you get used to it, it’s fine. I would stay here again, every time. Also, there is a designated smoking area for vapers and smokers.

The problem that we had was : we were close to elevators and they were very ver noisy

All was excellent.

My sister and I stayed here and will definitely be back every time we are in the area. We missed breakfast and while checking out, the receptionist was super thoughtful in giving us some goodies for the road: blueberry muffins, bananas and yogurt. This will definitely be our go to hotel!

This hotel has been recently renovated and is very nice. The lobby is quite inviting! The happy hour/breakfast are always great. Love this establishment!

We stay here any time we are in San Antonio. It's a great and very safe place for your cars. They have roll down gates that close after hours and will open with your key card so you know your car is safe at night. The staff is always very friendly, and greet always you with a smile.

Bed was comfortable, even the roll away bed we ordered was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. A great room. Very clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and nice. An esp great deal for the price. The breakfast was great. Lots of parking.

We expected it to be a good stay but the property and staff exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was a cut above normal hotel breakfast, the happy hour was AMAZING— sliders, hot dogs, snacks and drinks. Very quiet, clean, parking in the garage, all super. We will absolutely stay here next time and recommend it highly.

This place was spectacular! We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. Customer service was super friendly. Breakfast was great! So much varieties. Thank you for such great service!
