This was the perfect spot for our vacation for the ye concert!

Booked a 2 day Stay the rooms were clean , staff were very nice and helpful and breakfast was excellent will defiantly be booking with Hyatt place again

The floors inside the room were dirty as evident by wearing white socks. Under the bed was filthy. The bathrooms were well maintained. The bathroom door above our room kept squeaking throughout the night as the guest used it. Probably housekeepers don’t report it to maintenance. Hot Breakfast items were warm at best at 8:30am. We skipped breakfast the second day and went out for food instead. Front desk agent/bartender was excellent! Good amount of EV chargers.

I saw a cockroach in the room that we were in and I couldn’t complain since it’s late night when I reached and I was so tired
