I have to give it to the lady in the front desk. I didn't catch her name, but she was very helpful. She was absolutely wonderful! We had a great experience, everything was clean and the atmosphere was great too.

When we were bringing our shopping bags inside, the door closed behind us. A housekeeper was cleaning the room across the hall, so we asked her if she could let us back in. She responded rudely, saying, "No, you need to go downstairs and ask the front desk." Ok, we understood that for maybe security reasons, she couldn't let guests into rooms, so we didn't make an issue of it. Later, we asked the same housekeeper if we could have a few washcloths, and she rudely responded, "No!" Her tone was unnecessarily rude, and we were honestly surprised. We simply went back to our room without saying anything. The next day we contacted the front desk to request housekeeping service for our room, but the only thing she did was drop off towels. She didn't bother to take the old ones or the trash. Overall, the lack of helpfulness and the unfriendly attitudes made our stay much less enjoyable. I understand that hospitality can be a demanding job, but treating guests with courtesy and respect is a basic expectation.

Checkin without a problem but world recommend not to say out loud a room for ONE... especially being female.

Elevator made loud shaking noise and the elevators should always return to the bottom floor

Pillows were not comfortable. They were flat but besides that our stay was good. They do charge you a $200 incidental fee that should be reimbursed Marlene stated.

You have to make sure you drive.

It’s been a few years that I have stayed at this property and you can definitely see the age of the property. The room we stayed in can definitely use some upgrades. There were parts of the baseboard that was coming undone, the bed was lumpy, the pillows were uncomfortable, and it seemed like every piece of furniture had stains or some sort of damage to it. The room could use a new sofa bed as well. Not the experience I had the first few times staying at this property.

Clean hotel. Our room was spacious and great AC. Nice little bar. Very convenient for our stay. Front desk was friendly

Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great 🙌 and kids enjoyed the pool.

It was good. Breakfast was exceptional. Two thumbs up.

Excelentes instalaciones y personal muy amable.

I loved the layout of the room. Everything over all was really nice. However the pool wasn't very clean and there was a weird metallic smell near the elevators & mechanical room.
