I also experienced an issue with the hotel amenities. The pool is advertised as opening for guests at 10:00 a.m. When my daughter and I went to swim at that time, the pool attendant informed us that he had just started cleaning the pool and that it would take nearly an hour before it was ready. Guest hours should begin with the pool already cleaned and available for use, not with maintenance being performed during the time it is supposed to be open. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially considering the basic expectations of cleanliness, guest service, and access to the amenities that were advertised.

All staff was friendly. Hotel was maintained pretty well. I would stay again.

Near new building. Loads of parking directly outside. Cheap laundry facilities in-house. Located in same spot as Starbucks and other restaurants. Noise was an issue for us. It is clearly not concrete slabs between the floors. You could hear the kids upstairs running around. The pool was nice, but the loungers were next to the smoking area.

Good location and quiet with large room size Pool was not working and green without any visible work being done. Shower floors were not scrubbed and visibly stained with dirt as well as mold in the caulking. Pull out sofa bed would not fold back to make sofa. Fire alarm went off at 7am without any explanation and was canceled.

Excellent experience overall. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, the room was large and comfortable, and the hotel was very clean throughout.

We stayed as a family. It was clean and breakfast options are good.

I addressed the situation after I determined the TV was our of order to the front desk clerk. She seemed very confused and offered me 100 points to resolve my situation. She was nice but that was not going to help my situation. After A while I plead with her to please consider moving me. She finally decided to move me to the highest floor the 4th floor. Because I have knee issues I had aske for a lower floor but was not accommodated. I went to 411and confirmed the TV in the room worked. We had to move all our belongings to that room, but we were happy to watch TV. Another issue elevator #1 was not working all throughout the time we were there.
