Excellent Service

Breakfast was good and the room clean and staff were very polite.

I had a great experience during my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Check-in was quick, and everything met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Hotel was nice, there were some areas u der construction that made the elevators messy. The pool had an algea outbreak, but we still chose not to swim although they said we could, eww no thanks! The washers and dryer need a good cleaning they were funky smelling and left my close that way too. Had to rehash when I got home.

Great stay!

Room was very clean had everything u need. I would only say the only flaw which probably isn't as bad but should be fix is the restroom door make it into a actual door. Thats about it. Only flaw but everything else is on point. I would come again. My next trip. Im coming back

My stay was overall good; I would suggest to maybe replace some mattresses from the pull-out couch. I didn't even try to use it as soon as I took off the couch cushions, I saw the stains on the mattress and immediately put the cushions back it was not a great sight to see. The breakfast was okay. The hash browns were not fresh. The room was spacious and clean I would add that maybe better blankets should be available they were very thin. The property was good overall pool was great. I love that they have cold fresh water available at the lobby and the fruit infusion was a nice touch!

Rooms were nice, staff was always friendly and helpful.

I also experienced an issue with the hotel amenities. The pool is advertised as opening for guests at 10:00 a.m. When my daughter and I went to swim at that time, the pool attendant informed us that he had just started cleaning the pool and that it would take nearly an hour before it was ready. Guest hours should begin with the pool already cleaned and available for use, not with maintenance being performed during the time it is supposed to be open. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially considering the basic expectations of cleanliness, guest service, and access to the amenities that were advertised.

All staff was friendly. Hotel was maintained pretty well. I would stay again.

Good location and quiet with large room size Pool was not working and green without any visible work being done. Shower floors were not scrubbed and visibly stained with dirt as well as mold in the caulking. Pull out sofa bed would not fold back to make sofa. Fire alarm went off at 7am without any explanation and was canceled.
