Breakfast was a really poor showing. Not fresh nor generous, We had no body wash in our bathroom. There was no desk clerk on duty when we checked out on Sunday morning at 9:30..They went and woke someone up to give us our receipt and then said they couldn't because booking was thru Expedia. We would have to wait and receive it in the mail. They charged me $50 damage charge just in case. Told me I would have to wait for bill to ARRIVE before i could check the refund on that. Sheets were dingy and bed not comfortable. Still no receipt received and it has been nearly a week. Won't stay here again.

Everything was great, but the showers were a little out-dated and looked a bit dirty. The pillows could have been a little bigger in size and the top blanket felt rough. Otherwise, the property was clean, I felt safe and there weren't any guests who were loud.

There was stains on the comforter. The shelf under the table is the room had a thick layer of dust. The air vent in the bathroom was crusted with dirt and dust. The carpet was dirty and musty smelling.

1. No waters available after the 1st day. We reported this the 3rd day and the desk person said yes we’ve had waters, basically calling us a liar. 2. Asked for a pillow, told we don’t have any. We later asked and one was handed us immediately, after we noticed 10 or more pillows on a shelf in the laundry room. 3. The hallways were not air conditioned. To me that is the sign of a 3rd rate hotel. 4. The key card access to the hotel from the pool was not working, so we had to walk around to the front to re-enter hotel. 5. The attitude was poor. Instead of “what can we do to help you, or we’re sorry” it was “huh. ok”

Also, in the afternoon, the coffee was lukewarm. It appeared that it was not kept fresh. There was no filtered water dispenser like there is at other Hampton Inns. In general, it was one of the worst experiences I've had at the Hampton Inn.

The price and location were good. Staff was nice AC did not wk properly 2nd night, carpets were dirty and smelly. Same w elevator. Breakfast was a pour selection and not very healthy. The stuff they called sausage tasted funny. And that bed...hard as a rock. Not what I expect from Hampton.

It was absolutely filthy!

Room was unclean. A/C stopped working in the middle of night, couldn’t find staff, had to pick up everything to move to another room which was also unclean. Was itching all night.

First room bed was clearly very old and broken. Staff was very rude when I asked to move.

The staff wasn't helpful at times... coffee wasn't ready in the morning, once the first set of breakfast items were gone, there were no refills. The ice machine didn't work and we were out of provided shampoo/conditioner in the mounted bottles.

Disappointing

I was unable to connect to the wifi. Pool towels were the size of a hand towel. Towels and room supplies were not restocked. Carpet was buckled in several areas. Breakfast was horrible. Stale and old looking.

the lady who cooked breakfast looked at people like she was annoyed to be there. Breakfast the first day was not satisfying at all. Bacon and eggs were so over cooked , coffee was watery and there was little varieties. No water, no cream cheese, waffle batter was almost empty at 7am. Our room was comfy but we had to plug in chargers in our bathroom because anything plug into the wall caused the lights to turn off. Carpets and office chair in our room were visible stained.
