Comfort Suites San Antonio North - Stone Oak

The room itself was HORRIBLE!!!! The room was stuffy and humid. Smelled moldy!! The bed looked like it had been slept in as if someone did a quick fix to make it look like it was good to go. I took the covers off to see if it had clean sheets…couldn’t tell. My attention went quickly went to the mattress as I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Large stains from what looked like years ago, covered by a mattress topper. And don’t get me started with those lumpy pillows. SMH!!! The bathroom itself was dirty with hair on the floor and sink. Small shampoo bottles half used. Thank goodness I had my own. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very good

Location was exactly what we needed. The furnishings were somewhat dated throughout the facility, and we had to move because of an A/C issue . The management was very helpful and took care of us. Pool was not clean and could not regain access to motel without walking around to main entrance. All re-entry pads were not working.

Very good

Was a nice stay. Room and property were clean and staff was nice and helpful. Good price for the size of room I needed for me and my family. Will be staying there again when I return in October.

The location was convenient for the purpose of our trip. The location was clean and well cared for. The person at the desk at the time of our check in was great. He insured the room was ready by checking with his housekeeping supervisor. The room appeared to be well maintained and clean. We only ate breakfast one time at the location during our stay because of other arrangements. The breakfast items available were a basic spread. The eggs and sausages were a bit cold by the time we made it down, but it was ok. It was enough to get you going.

The location was good with restaurants and other things close by.

Exceptional

Very good

We had a leak in the house and had to find a hotel at 10 PM that night. We were greeted by a friendly member of the staff. The check-in process was fine; however, my room was missing curtains. It was a first-floor room facing directly into the parking lot - and it was a full and busy evening. However, as soon as I brought it up, the attendant called her manager, and they switched our room. The A/C unit was off, and the room was hot and stuffy. Thankfully, it cooled off within the hour. The room was clean, a little old, but overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff was what saved the night when we were in a pinch.

the breakfast location was only disappointing thing about stay. the chair bottoms are all totally worn out. we basically sat in the dark, as lightening was at a bare minimum. the taste of the sausage was totally without seasoning, and may have been old. if i were to stay again at your establishment i will go out for breakfast...the eating experience either validates or negates the whole stay experience. see above

Exceptional

Room was semi clean, not really tho. Like it wasn't even

Locations Needs lots of improvements

Not very clean

Good Location, good price, room is large, clean, and comfortable. Only concern is free wifi is not stable and very slow, breakfast's fry egg is cool (if there is a microwave there, that will be perfect), also oat only have butter flavor, no original flavor.
