Days Inn by Wyndham Suites San Antonio North/Stone Oak

Everything about my stay was ruined when I realized or believe that they did not change the bedding before we got there. We had book two rooms, one had underwear under the bed sheets and the other one had crumbs and trash. I really can say anything positive since, I was not happy with the hygiene of the hotel. Spoke to the front staff and her excused was that they had been short staff. They did cleaned it after I asked them to but how can you feel confortable after that.

Clean room, nice staff. Would stay again.

The Internet was not working properly The tv didn't work half our stay Room smelt musty and damn Room key card didn't want to work

Nothing I already submitted my complaints and haven’t heard back from customer service. I was also charged $87.29 and have no received a receipt and have no idea what it is for

Kind staff, clean rooms, and great location.! The breakfast options were minute, no protein option. Waffles, fruit and cereal were available, plus juice and coffee.

The room was very clean and not outdated. At this price point it is well worth it. Parking also felt safe. Unfortunately the beds were a little too stiff for me and breakfast was picked up 15 min before their posted time. Not a big deal.

Good cost. I had a leaking sink, blinds that were falling apart, breakfast had few opitions no hot food.

Need a better service at breakfast area

Location was great, rooms were quiet and comfortable, person who checked us went above and beyond to help us out Waffles are good but maybe just the limited options of the free breakfast and my son stepped on a piece of glass outside at the pool

The advertised complimentary breakfast was disappointing.

Great mattress, very comfortable., large room, very quiet. TV remote didn't match TV set, AC thermostat didn't regulate well, refrigerator freezer full of frost, small choice for breakfast foods

Giving me Trouble checking in and charging me 20 dollars each person never came across a hotel that gives me trouble checking in

The staff was amazing and welcoming. I felt like king Ron.

They don’t allow pets and their check out time is 11am which means if you’re a tired traveler or moving from one state to another you really can’t rest up. If you decide to sleep in there’s an extra fee for it.

It was great very big rooms and everything was fine When Brandon Sanchez the Person I rented 2 nights with his own room stole from me. It was what ruined the trip not the hotel.
