bad just one word

I’ve never left a bad hotel review, but boy howdee, this place was horrific. Everything was dirty, they refused to give me a second key (there were 2 in our party), the room smelled mildew and it was about 80 degrees when we entered the room. The ice-machine as broken, the carpets were sticky, the fridge would stay closed. Even the sheets felt sketchy.

Over paying for nothing… when I originally booked the room I got a suite room. They ended up giving me a standard room, I went downstairs and told the guy in the front desk about it and he said “well I don’t have any suite rooms tonight only 1 more left but you have to pay extra” when I had already paid for 5 days to be in a suite room. Then he said if I could stay in the standard room for that night and then he’ll switch me over to my suite room the next morning. So I did, that standard room was disgusting, there were stains in both couches! I did get moved to my suite room the next day. My suite rooms had a whole on the door and the restroom floor was cracked everywhere.. I kept on stepping on broken pieces from the floor… even my 1 year old kept picking them up.. At the end of my stay I needed to stay one extra night so I went through here to add an extra night and told them at the front desk.. they said I needed to pay an extra $35 because I’m “checking in early” when I booked for the same room.. there was no need for them to check me in early because I was already in that room that same morning.. just a bunch of scammers. Do not recommend at all. Literally the worst place I stayed so far.

This was a pleasant experience unlike the Motel 6 experience I had. Thank you for a clean room.

Great place to stay

I was about to stay at the Quality Inn recently a nd it was easily the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I couldn’t even stay a night there. The entire building smelled bad and was visibly dirty. The front desk was unfriendly and spent the whole time on their personal phones instead of helping guests. When we asked for a different room, they claimed they had no other options, but the room we were given was actually an unfinished renovation site. If you are reading this let this be your sign to not stay.

Generally speaking, the real property is noticeably worse than how it appears in the online images. Parking is free, but the level of service is minimal. The owner gonna be unprofessinal . Their cleanliness standards also felt far below expectations. Overall, the photos on Expedia do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the place.

As you probably have heard you get what you pay for. Between the front desk clerk who I was not able to understand, to the unexpected destination expense for not booking through Choice Hotels and using a third party, to the silicone holding the bathroom faucet together in the bathroom, to not having the room cleaned everyday, and for the sorry excuse for breakfast you should be aware before you decide to stay here.

Good location since it’s near the highway, but

Staff was not helpful Booked a suite and has missing furniture and looked like someone peeded all over bed and pooped on couch. They wouldn't give us different blankets, change is rooms, discount or refund us. Never staying again!!

The breakfast that was provided was so far from what it claims hot continental breakfast; the only hot thing was the waffles we made ourselves. The assortment of other Foods was lacking. There was a pan where traditionally you would find eggs, bacon, or other cooked food, but there was nothing in it except murky standing water and a cockroach egg. The only plus of this property was that it was cheap to stay at. Staff seemed to just check a box and waited for their shift to end.

No more egss at 8:30 just cornflakes. Sausage and pancakes Rooms smells old, curtains are old with holes, bathroom needs paint by the door and the tub, small roach walking on the toule seat
