Quality Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport - Stone Oak

The room was comfortable and clean.

Nice and clean building when we got there we saw on the outside of building holiday inn express name scratched off no wonder it’s a nice hotel. Now named quality inn. I stayed from Friday to Sunday and very quiet hotel like if there’s no other ppl staying. I had a room in the second floor, entrance and second floor hallways were clean and nice. Room was nice, comfortable beds. My kids went for breakfast they had waffles cereal, and egg. No insects in the room, everything worked a/c fridge microwave. no complaints. I can just say some part of walls some paint retouch needed but other than that the hotel I would give 10 out of 10 ignoring wall paint. The area was perfect for me I was going one day to six flags and the next day new braunfels so I was in the middle of the town but all the way north by 1604, Would stay again.

Ill tell you the Truth! Stay was great! Clean room! Cold Ac! Comfortable bed! Everything was clean! Everything worked perfectly in the room! Gym was good!! Had a burn to start my days! No Deposit was Required! I definitely would stay again!!👍👍👍

The front desk assistant who works overnight was sleep & very rude.. maybe cause I woke her from her sleep. Towels & sheets were not clean

Over all bad experience. I changed room 3 times in 1 night. First room was king size room. The air conditioner was off when I got there and it so hot. We waited hours snd it didn’t get better even after we took cold showers so we asked for another room and they only had a 2 double bedroom available. The girl was rude about it, she said she had to go check the first room. Then she came back and said she was going to exchange it anyways, so I wonder why did she have to go check the room and act like we were lying about something.she could have done that after she gave us our new room. So now 2nd room a/c was also off when I got in there and also very hot. It was so hot I felt like passing out, I had to put a wet towel with some ice on me to cool me down & feel a little better. After a few hours this second room started to cool down but what also sucked is that we had to sleep in separate beds & the blankets smelled like some kind of strong chemical. I started itching all over. It was weird. My husband said yes maybe it was the smell of the blankets or something else in the room because his allergies got aggravated as soon as he walked in. In the morning I asked if they had a king room available & they gave us a 3rd room. This room thankfully had a/c on already before I got there, but omg the room smelled funky. Like something rotten. We were tired of switching so we just dealt with the smell all night.

The ac was cool but not cold. The bath rail in shower was NOT secured in wall. When i mentioned this to man at reception his reply was "OH YEAH, I KNOW ITS LOOSE".

Not cool...

Property was clean, staff polite & courteous.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Towels and bed sheets were very dirty. Nice staff but the shower and bath tub were dirty as well. Convenient location but the towels, bed sheets, and bath tub were all dirty.

It's not a bad place to stay they just need to do some updates man like there's some water damage it looks like on doors the floors are messed up the carpet of course has a bad smell place just needs to be updated the staff's amazing

The room was a great fit. The parking lot was small.

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was listed as a hot breakfast buffet, but it was mainly waffles, cereal (3 different types all mixed into one dispenser), yogurt, bread and apples. Other than that it was fine for the price. Good location and safe area.

Other than that it was a decent hotel for the night.

The hotel was run down, the rooms were dirty the blankets were dirty and stained the carpet was dirty. The restroom was rusty shower made loud noise.

bad experience all around, since we ended up paying twice for a room, was not worth it. The hotel did not honor my reservation even though I provided the confirmation number. we had no other option at the time so we had to book another room directly through the hotel, paying again. So we paid twice, once through booking and once through the hotel. It wad not worth 170.00, we could have stayed at a nicer place. Very dissatisfied, waste of money, and Booking did not refund.
