It’s was just a quick stay

Clean

Cleanliness and facilities It is convenient for people needing to stay closer to the airport but it’s quite far away from downtown

The staff was excellent and took care of all my concerns We had to switch room three time due to cleanliness

It was quiet even when the kids where in the pool it was peaceful lol a small problem sense we was right by the pool the room was moist and smelled like pool water but it wasn’t a big deal

Rooms had a very bad smell They rooms are advertised as queen but they are actually double beds. Very inconvenient for family with kids

Our vehicles along with 12 others were broken into, there was no cameras or security.

This place was the most horrible experience we have ever had in san antonio. My vehicle along with 7 others got burglarized and the staff did NOT CARE one bit. They didnt advise any of us of what happened nor call the police. They told us to call them and of course they never called back or showed up. Luckily nothing was in my car to be stolen but the window damage was enough. Not one but 2 windows at that. I did get a refund and was able to cancel my stay but the damage was already done. Although I know it wasnt their fault that some idiots did this to us but their sense of care or help was unavailable which made the situation even worse. Be mindful of where you stay in san antonio because this has happened at multiple places from what we were told.

Hotel was nice, clean, and quite.

Nothing Like 10 cars got broken into, rooms were small, nothing good on the breakfast side

They broke into mine and several other guests’ vehicles during our stay. staff didn’t care. It didn’t matter where you parked mostly all the vehicles around the building got broken into.

Smelled weird on our floor, bed sheets felt and looked dirty and tub was not in good condition.

Customer service was horrible Nothing

The breakfast was basic, but the eating area was very clean and they refilled everything as it got emptied. The Texas waffle was delicious. Every time I mentioned something they were quick to help out.

The staff was excellent. Just stopped on my out of town and it was great. ANd the price!!!! cant beat it. na

pool had colored lights and rooms were decorated very cute breakfast was basic

Location Our first room, AC wasn’t working, however, the guy on was nice enough to give us another room. However, both rooms had black mold in the restroom ceilings. And the second room didn’t have bath towels. The only thing for breakfast is waffles and cereal & they only have one waffle maker so it took about 35 min waiting in line to make them.
