I really liked how close it was to everything I needed it to be close to. The pool was unexpectedly small lol but that’s something they nor I can control

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean!

Price Front desk had poor communicated comprehension skills. Keys did not work on our second day and it took way too long to get new keys made. Also called and asked about adding the reservation to our rewards points and the front desk person could not comprehend the request after numerous tries. We were told someone that could help would call us later and we never received a call back. Ned spread also was either stained or dirty.

The price is a SCAM. They charge a $30 per night pet fee instead of a one time deposit. My AC did NOT work the entire weekend and I was simply asked to unplug it for 15mins to see if that would fix it, since I was already on my 2nd room I was offered no other options other than open the window. I was bearable at night due to cool rainy weather, but the days were terrible, I left the door open trying to collect the cool air from the hallway. Mostly I am disappointed in the pet fee scam. I travel with my pet everywhere and I have NEVER paid more than a $50 (one time fee) pet deposit.

Everything Nothing

It was clean Staff were MIA, breakfast was horrible, spoiled OJ, pancake batter was separated, milk was warm. Room was 80+ degrees when we got in to it.

Good area The breakfast needs improvement .kept hearing someone knock on my door ?.

nice room ,big comfortable bed, nice tv, nice bathroom. staff was bland not friendly,unattentive, staff was noy knowledegable about the simplest things, could not give directions.

I couldn’t check in. No one at front desk till I returned hours later

Matteress was hard and pillows were flat and thin.

hall ways loud. staff let kids run around til 2am

Breakfast was only waffles and two cerals but it is appreciated Smell of the 3rd floor

At the last minute checking in I had to pay my pet fee per night $25. The bed sheets were stained. Staff called to report my small dog was being too loud had to go all the way back from the entrance of San Antonio all the way to my room towards end of San Antonio. Breakfast was only cereals, apples, and orange juice. Parking space is on the back other side of the hotel. Deposit is required once checking in even if room was booked. Don’t forget to get your deposit back.

Convenient They had roaches

There was black There was black hairs in the bed along with other stuff not sure what it was . It was extremely nasty

The room was neat and clean. The staff was very helpful in getting new batteries for the tv remote. Breakfast was ok; however, I would add Chesse, Eggs, Bread to the menu. The cereals are too sweet for a Diabetic customer. Thank you for a restful stay!

Worst service ever the hole smells bad rooms dirty ,bedsheets had stains breakfast was just cereal,they had unexpected charges for pets
