I would stay here again in a pinch I actually thought this was a different hotel but it was non refundable so we checked in. The beds were comfy enough but the carpets really need to be on deep clean rotation I understand you can’t deep clean them all at once because they need to dry well but rotation is necessary as my children’s feet would not stay clean and please never replace the carpet with laminate it is even more gross with the film that forms from the chemical cleaning products. Believe it won’t vinegar and baking soda cleans amazing and get up everything easily in a bathroom and floors and it’s cheap and there’s no harm to anyone’s health. there was also a dampness to our room I would highly suggest mitigation before mold forms the staff was all very polite and just made me want the best for this hotel.

Something was never right about our room, not sure if it was the AC unit or what but everything felt wet and damp for some reason including our clothes after the first night! Toilet seat was loose and cover was broken but only staying two nights so ignored it! This hotel is in dire need of some upgrades, carpets were stained and filthy especially in the hallway! Windows all have some kind of melted film on them so can't really see out very well? The shower heads are awful, I understand water conservation but these were terrible and I say these because we actually stay two separate times at this hotel due to location and convenience for our needs!

First room I had was full of bugs, switched rooms and had mold everywhere.

Better quality of hot breakfast items.

Front desk staff was great. Price was great. The two roaches I had to kill in the restroom and my our nightstand before my daughter saw them and freaked out.

Room was clean! Staff friendly and professional. The carpet in the hall had large stains. There was a whole in the ceiling in the hallway. Windows could be a little cleaner.

Not a thing! Room was dirty, roaches in room, restroom filthy, beds /mattress very uncomfortable. Breakfast was horrible, coffee tasted old, ice machines super dirty with crust formations around ice dispenser. This nightmare was horrible, I could not stay another night in room so left a day early.

Run down. Lots of bugs/roaches all over room 217 plus the sheets had stains. Wont be back.

Location Carpet in room was dirty/smelly A/C unit was not in good working order. Kept going on and off every couple of minutes. Most likely low on Freon Breakfast area was dirty. Didn’t trust the food

We got a suite that has a couch and 2 queen beds. Microwave, and fridge. Very spacious for us 2 adults and 2 small children. Good location for us everything between 10-25 minutes away, thrift stores, bowling alley, movie theaters, the zoo, The doseum, Witte, botanical gardens, downtown. They provided breakfast and most days consisted of eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and toast with juice, flavored waters, coffee or tea. Beds were very comfortable and clean, outdoor pool was open and clean. Overall a very decent stay if looking to spend less money on your room to have more for attractions. I didn’t like the dirty carpets in the halls and rooms. the first room I killed atleast 6 roaches in the first 5 minutes. But they did change our room immediately. The next room didn’t seem to have any roaches. The room was a bit stuffy as the air conditioning struggled to cool but it did eventually mainly the middle of the night thankfully. The phone didn’t work and the microwave was dirty. And the windows unable to see in or out. They should clean behind the furniture better and get rid of the carpet.

Nothing There was a giant hole in the hallway ceiling and it smelled like mildew and mold there was also roaches (bugs) in our room and the microwave did not work

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times
