Bathroom was not clean and I found insects on the room. The smell was bad

There were mold in the bathroom corners, also during the first night there, there were car alarm went off in the middle of the night and we can hear the theft hurried and dropped away....dont think will be coming back here.

Mildew om walls didn't clean the room, never would bring fresh towels even after being called several times to ask. Not a good stay..

There's no security at the parking 4 o 5 Cars brooking too many boosted Windows including mines

Unfortunately, our overall experience was overshadowed by what happened during our stay. Our truck was broken into in the parking lot, and a firearm was stolen. I understand that criminal activity is not necessarily the hotel's fault, and I am not blaming the hotel for the theft itself. What was unacceptable was how the situation was handled afterward. The manager was the only person with access to the security footage, but refused to come in to review it with us. He also would not speak with my husband by phone, when he was contacted by one of the hotel employees. We were told the manager would call us on Monday, but that call never came. Instead, I received a generic email apologizing that our stay was "unsatisfactory," with no meaningful follow-up or acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation. When we said we would contact Marriott corporate about our experience, we were told that it wouldn't do any good because this property is a franchise and do not answer to Marriott corporate. A hotel can't always prevent crimes from happening, but it can choose how it treats guests afterward. The lack of communication, concern, and follow-through is why I cannot give this hotel a better rating.

Me cancelaron cuando ya tenía una noche porque vieron que llevaba una maleta para mi esposa que iba a estar en el hospital y yo le entregue las llaves del cuarto para que no se me fueran a perder pero le dije no me voy porque tengo dos días más que ya están programados y me fui al hospital y en la tarde que regreso me dicen que mi reservación está cancelada porque entregue las llaves y verificaron que me faltaban dos días y me asignaron otro cuarto en el tercer piso cuando yo estaba en el primer piso ya que tengo problemas con una rodilla y el elevador estaba descompuesto y que al día siguiente me daban en el primer piso como así fue y en el cambio de cuarto del l primer cuarto al tercer piso en el cuarto de primer piso se me perdió un bote de shampoo y una sandalias y les dije pero no encontraron nada terrible experiencia y no vuelvo a reservar con esa cadena de hoteles

The staff was friendly The pool water was so cold, you cannot enjoy it. The jacuzzi was not in working condition. The room had small black ants everywhere. And I believe we brought some with us on our luggage and other items. We were on the 4th floor, how was that even possible. There has got to be a BAD ant infestation for them to be all the way to the 4th floor.

Pool was cold and dirty. Hot Tub not functioning. Elevator not functioning. Phone not functioning. Room on freeway side very loud all night long.

Would probably not stay there again.
