It was close to my doctor's office. The place could use some remodeling.

* Cleanliness & Comfort: Aside from the desk and shakers, the rest of the room appeared clean. The bed comfort was a solid 8 out of 10. * Bathroom: The shower was well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. * Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast tasted good. My only suggestion for improvement would be adding a microwave for guests who prefer to heat their food up a bit more. * Cleanliness: Right when we walked in, we found a tiny cockroach on the desk. Additionally, the salt and pepper shakers had melted cheese on them, meaning they had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. * Room Features: The refrigerator drawer was missing its top cover, so items placed there just fell straight to the bottom of the drawer. * AC Issues: The window AC unit was far too small for the room. The main cooling unit for the kitchen and living area struggled significantly; even though it was set to 70°F, it never dropped below 73°F. * Amenities: While the pool was okay, the whirlpool was out of order and looked poorly maintained. It is a fine place to stay, but management needs to address these minor maintenance and housekeeping details.

Nothing i was supposed to relax and i was stressed the whole time. Roaches when I arrived, dust everywhere, hair in the shower and blood stains on pillow. If that was not enough someone try breaking in my room opening door at 2 am and no one went to help until 3 something that police arrived. The person was still outside my room.

The hotel was not as pictured. Very outdated and not clean. The room I booked was not available. The first room the a/c did not work. Switched rooms and the refrigerator did not work, room smelled like mildew, the ceiling over the shower was collapsing, there was water stains on the ceiling, mold was present inside the ac vents.

Do not stay at this hotel unless you know for sure your room will have air conditioning! When we first arrived, they did not have the type of room we reserved. Then, they gave us two rooms, where one was 80 degrees!! The other throughout the night got up to about 77!! It was HOT!! To say our experience was horrible is an understatement!! Zoe and Christine definitely did their best do accommodate us and the issues we experienced. Drew (one of the managers) but said he was only over maintenance, and he was so rude when I called. Then at the end, he just hung up. Hemo, the other manager never showed up when he said he would. It’s just obvious, do not rent a room out if they don’t have adequate air conditioning during a Texas summer!

The staff was helpful and kind especially the laundry service. However, the wall had dust clinging to the entirety of the wall above the bed. Some corner in the hallway had wallpaper coming up. Lightbulbs were out in the front entrance parking lot. Hobo was in parking lot laid out. When I looked out my window in the courtyard there were a couple of grocery store carts. Upon walking to my room I saw trash in the hallway. My room was clean but old and needed updating. The bathtub was old and had wear from rust that seemed to be painted or lacquered over with ceramic paint of some sort. Overall the entire hotel needs a complete renovation and updating. The coffee and eggs were terrible and partially burned but the waffles were great.

this is a non smoking please but the smell of mariaguana was super strong and they did nothing about it. The phone to ask for help does not work and they did nothing about it, I called because I forgot very expensive glasses and their phone was always busy. The ice machine was not working some things are broken in the hotel and nothing is done.. one more thing they do not clean your room while you are there. Also the day of check out at 830 they were telling us that we needed to check out when check out is at 12 pm...

The hotel was adequate. The breakfast was okay. The room was far from the elevator. The pool could use some work. It was a little unnerving because security was always looking at you, made you feel as though you were a suspect. I liked that it is right off the highway and not far from a Crisby Kreme store where you can see donuts made. Would I stay again? Not sure. Probably only if I have to. The nightly rate was good.

Starting with the check in, that went well. The employees were very welcoming, helpful and polite, making check in a breeze and comfortable. The room was nice, clean and very roomy. Only downfall was the TVs were outdated so no streaming services were provided(Netflix, Hulu, Disney+) just regular cable. Also the room did not have central air(A/C) they had loud noisy window units that couldn’t sustain cooling such a big space. Having it been a Marriott I feel things Iike that should be updated and the room should have been off limits due to the non working AC in this hot Texas weather.
