Staff were friendly but the reception desk is not manned all the time.

Was fine. The staff was very helpful during one minor issue.

Upon check after 6:00 pm, I was told there wasn't a clean room available. After about 10 minutes, a clean room became available but the room wasn't clean. The towel in the bathroom had a ball of hair on it. The water pressure was dripping. It was late, I had to go to work early the next morning so I decided to wait it out. The bed sloped down so I was lying upright, there was a large ball shape in the middle of the mattress. Then the AC went out around midnight. I had to leave and go find a different hotel room. The staff refused to refund my stay. I donot recommend. Hard no.

The staff is absolutely disrespectful. I checked out on 12 September it is now 30 September 2026 and I have not received my deposit back. I have called weekly to check on it and the front desk continues to be rude. Let me off and hang up on my face. When I asked them for their name, they’re giving me fake names. And I know that they give me fake names because I will ask back to back and they would give me two different names. It is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I feel like I have been scammed out of my money and the stone oak location is a terrible location. DO NOT BOOK HERE

The place was clean , but the room was humid and smelly. Kind of like mildew smell. Didn’t smell fresh.

The room was clean, bathroom and the sheets were clean that’s the reason for the higher rating. Building is a little run down with stained floors in the hallway. The sliding bathroom door would not close and there was no soap in the containers. Pool water was murky, only stayed for a nice. I hope with this review they can upgrade their hotel.

Very Good place and very clean kind of pricey but not a bad place to stay would mind going g once again some day !!

When we 1st arrived we were given the wrong room, no big deal but then we noticed the A/C wasn't working, the blind was broken the sheets felt damp, the night stand & counter were not even clean & the room just felt so humid, we asked to be moved & were told only if there was something available, when we told them we'd be checking out a room became available. We moved to the new room at that point it was past midnight & as soon as you walked into the new room there was an awful smell as of mold or mildew, my poor babies just kept saying the room stinks & my husband let the front desk know & all they did was hand him an aerosol deodorant spray, they didnt move us or try to fix the situation, we made the best of it stayed the night & checked out in the morning come to find out we had to climb down 4 flights of stairs because the elevator broke. Worst night ever!! We were not given an apology or anything to try to make out stay right instead we were talked about & given dirty looks as we walked out. I was even called to our room early in the morning to let me knownwe were already checked out and to go turn in the keys.

As soon as you walk in, it stinks like mold. When we walked up to the room, the bedsheets were damp from moisture. There was hair in the bed and stains. We left immediately.

NO wifi available as per staff only for mobile devices, unable yo connect tv or ANY channels available. Elevators were down and staff only mentioned they were being worked on for over 3 hours and no one seemed to care for. Had yo use stairs and my wife was 8 months pregnant. Room had a strong musty smell-room 414 yo be specific.

Run smell like urine from a dog, WiFi didn’t work and customers service sucked. Do not recommend!!!!
