Sadly, it appears that this hotel has a contract with the state because I think there were people living there that needed to get out of the heat that might not otherwise have a home. Because of that people were running in circles in their room, above my head. So I was worried I couldn’t sleep or study. Beautiful location, safe location, exceptional front desk, staff. But sadly, I think they take contract contracts to house people that are otherwise not sheltered by the weather. If this is the case, I am glad for them, but for me, I could not stay because I could not sleep or study and that kind of environment. I am a teacher and I lost quite a bit of money by having to leave. I truly think this should have to be advertised or told because this does bring a different circumstance to the clientele. I work in the area of understanding homelessness, however, sometimes homelessness comes with other behaviors that as a single person, I would be nervous to be around traveling solo.

There was nothing to like about the property or the rude staff! Advertised free WI-FI when there was none, microwave did not work, no toiletries in the bathroom!

However, I also found a roach in the new room on Monday night around 12 AM and it flew at me. Luckily, I was able to get someone to come kill it for me, but it was really gross because it was crawling all over my towels. And then, when I asked to replace the towels the next day, the person I talked to said I didn’t have the “linen replacement package” and when I told her that the roach was crawling over my towels she gave in and gave me some new ones. The kitchenette was perfect for me though, I had enough room for food prep. I brought most of my own food already made so having the counter top and extra sink was great for prepping my meals and doing my dishes.

Housekeeping pretty bad, hot tub dirty no clean to weld, no shampoo no hand soap when i call front desk they didn’t care

Price was good It has kitchen n stove work but bring your own pot n pan If you order for delivery they won't let them inside to drop off only in front where you got to go get it Not fully stock in vending machine

The toilet wouldn’t work call downstairs. The receptionist said you should fix it yourself. The AC didn’t work and they had bugs.

I stayed there during a training I was doing in San Antonio. I enjoyed my stay, the building is quiet and neighbors respectful so I got a chance to rest. Everything was clean.

Leave the guy at the desk stated they would work with Expedia to refunded me but when I had Expedia to reach out via email following the protocol he declined.. mind you they over booked the property so there was nothing else to choose from.. The front desk didn’t care he just sat there with his ear plugs in and listened to music..

Customer servicing room was great!

The staff was so kind! We got there a little early. before the check in time but they got us a room ready. I would definitely stay here again! Very friendly and clean!

The refrigerator didnt work which was inconvenient

It was clean. Nothing it suited my needs.

Staff was not knowledgeable of what amenities where in each room. How can a place call themselves a extended stay with kitchenette and only having 1 chair to sit in, especially when there is more than 1 person in the room. Groups of friends of the staff just hanging out in the office area. Fridge took 2 days to get cold enough to have barely cold water.

Someone vandalized a truck the last night I was there. I heard that they have had windows broken out vehicles in the past.

Clean room, friendly staff, quick check in. Shower pressure is amazing. Lots of shopping close by with lots of restaurants and food places.

Was charge $50 one day for pet fee dollar not $5 a day like it said on Expedia
