Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Downtown San Antonio

Location Floor was dirty, bathroom was outdated and felt like an outhouse.

Nothing. Room needed cleaning.

Hotel was in walking distance of downtown san antonio and close to river walk which was good, and they let me leave luggage behind the check in desk for the day Rooms were dirty, andthe door hinges looked like they had been kicked in.

It was the near concert venue where I was going. Location was scary. Looked like a drug neighborhood. Bathroom was nasty. Pillows had a bad smell. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was pathetic. Toilet wouldn't flush.

Nothing,, was no breakfast!!! Just cereal... How my AC unit made so much noise I couldn't even use it...

Night staff was pretty good, even though they were in between owners and they were only there to help temporarily they tried their best to accommodate the customers overall the rooms were not clean. All the beds were stained TV didn’t work mini fridge didn’t work. Artwork was on the floor for the price that we paid. It was bad.

The breakfast was no good. Cable didn’t work. My room was dirty and I had roaches. After the second roach I checked out. I only stayed two nights and then went and got a different hotel.

It was a little further from the Riverwalk then I wanted it to be but the place was pretty good for the $50 a night no bugs place was clean people are nice and friendly

Nothing was up to health standards or comfort. Everything was terrible. There was black mold on the ceiling, multiple burns on the blankets, the toilet didn't work, very lose door knob on the bathroom door and the staff was combative claiming we didn't t pay the security deposit, which we wouldn't have been able to rent the room without doing so. Very dirty very disappointed would not recommend.

Bugs in every room was switched multiple times, lights were out in almost every room, after multiple times settled for a little room and had popped stayed sheets truly disgusting!

It was good and inexpensive place to stay! Honestly, for what I paid I have no complaints.

I liked that it was close to downtown Rooms were not clean, there was trash left behind from previous customers, beds were not made, sheets were stained, very dusty. We had to pay for parking for our entire stay and there were bugs in the room.

The top cover was dirty, with dirt marks, like it had never been washed. I also saw a roach. And I don't understand why I'm paying $10 to park in an open parking lot. I didn't see security or anything like that around.

Bathroom was gross. Blankets were thin. Mattresses had weird plastic things on bottom. No cleaning done for duration, no replenishing of towels. Breakfast was 2 cereals with milk left out. Toast if you got there in time. No replenishing, no juices or water, only coffee. Left a day early with notice and refused to refund.
