Embassy Suites San Antonio Riverwalk-Downtown

Homeless were EVERYWHERE, we were warned by staff NOT to sit in the outside dining area because of "Agressive Homeless People". The homeless were everywhere around the hotels and river walk area. We felt very uncomfortable, we will NOT return.

Very clean room and staff was great!!

The balcony rooms have a very small view of the river and no one goes into that part of the river. Very few people also the walk to the river walk is about 25 minutes to get to the restaurant areas. Not convenient if having a few drinks

Excellent breakfast excellent hotel lobby the best probably in San Antonio..suites were very spacious and clean. Excellent staff and house keeping. Location was perfect. Perfect for families and couples.

Decent location The carpet had a smell to it in our room throw up and pee. It smelled like a dg when you walk into the property.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Embassy. Our room was clean, staff was nice and breakfast every morning was great. This is our favorite hotel.

Proximity to Riverwalk-Downtown

Parking is expensive the service is ok. Rooms are also ok.

Beautiful place! Back from Riverwalk at 8pm and bar looked closed. Knew Happy Hour was 530-730, but surprised area being cleaned.

All staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good and rooms were very neat and clean. Loved my view from my balcony. (Riverwalk view)

Very well kept, clean and great atmosphere. Everything is within walking distance which was a plus.

Our service at the registration was wonderful

Staff Pool isn't in much sunlight, small and murkey, smelled like vinegar. Parking was expensive and the hotel wasn't worth the price tag. The beds were uncomfortable and the pull out couch was worse. My kids preferred a floor pallet over the pull out or couch sleeping arrangement. Bathrooms are outdated. The action area of the Riverwalk was a pretty far walk. Overall pretty displeased.
