Location Checked in by an extremely condescending employee at10pm and was charged $10 for parking. Never paid for parking on previous stays. Was exhausted and room was very warm and muggy; a/c was very loud and not cooling. While still in bed, room service attempts to come in before 9am. Go kick out the ppl who checked in early, I'm still resting. I will stick to the Marriott, never staying at this location again.

My review is "good" and not excellent due to this time the room temp. wasn't that great. Thru out the nights i felt the room very stuffy kind of humid, but it wasn't all the time. That would be for a couple of hours then it would get better, so reason why I didn't bring it up to the front desk. Other than that the hotel is great, great location, and the room service was really good.

Exceptional

They do not have room service. We requested a room upgrade (for a fee) after we checked availability on their website and were advised they could not accomodate us. Room smelled stale but the roomspray they sold smelled great. Not planning on staying there again. Inconvenient location.

Parking is now a separate fee 10$ security is not very active I might change my preference I come here once a month but might have to look elsewhere

The location was near to the airport. One situation with the restaurant staff not wanting to serve a customer who was non binary.

Breakfast was so good the hotel was quite peaceful after a long night at the Bruno mars concert!It was close but far away from all the traffic!❤️

When We checked in the room was not ready. The Front Desk Clerk gave us free breakfast which was greatly appreciated.

When we checked in we were not informed about paying for parking. When we noticed the sign we asked the front counter. And the man gave little to no direction how to pay. The room was extremely hot. It was a short stay so we didn’t bother to ask to be switched rooms.

We stayed for two nights. We waited in line for thirty minutes to check in. That evening, I realized I forgot my tooth brush so we called the front desk and no one answered. I went to the lobby and waited in line another twenty minutes to ask for a toothbrush. The rooms were not very clean. Hair in the tub and trash on the floor. The parking was convenient and beds were comfortable.
