The property is ilder model Holiday Inn they dont want you stepping out on to the balcony. But they dont tell you this when checking in also I didnt care much for the looks they gave when chexkong in . The over all impression is if they can choose who can stay there based on looks and race you wouldnt meet their standards so you wouldnt get to stay there . Its not that great if a motel over rated over priced .

The beds were comfortable, the room seemed so small and tub was dirty and kuerig did not work or close where the pod was inserted.

Room was not clean. Service personnel left couple soaked towels hanging behind the bathroom door from last vacant.

Nothing was liked. Construction around hotel entrance. Made it unsafe to walk to downtown and had to drive instead. No hot water in room. Unable to shower did not sleep well. Reported to Kevin front desk. Nothing done.

Location Restaurant closed at 9:30. No coffee, room coffee pot didn't work. Very unfriendly staff.

I liked the location. Front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming.

There was no AC, attitude from staff! Was told to take my stuff out so they can fix it, but refused to give us a new room. I had my child and my elderly dad with me for our first family trip out trying to spread my Mom's ashes. This was the most horrible trip we had.

I arrived and there was no hot water. According to them it was because it was full capacity. Okay but then there was no shampoos or conditioner. I asked to put some Friday and still Sunday never changed it. So we had nothing to wash with. I asked for a playpen for my baby they said they had alot and would take one fast. It was midnight and nothing. Finally i had to call and they said they didn't have any. Lack of communication with guest. Website says it has shuttles and they didn't have that either.

It was the most horrible stay of any place we have traveled due to NO AC or Hot Water in the entire Hotel.
