The toilet was one of the worst I’ve seen. It was obviously not being cleaned up. I had a three night stay and the one day they did go in they did not change the sheets and the vanity was not cleaned at all. I was very disappointed. Then we had one afternoon with no running water for several hours. I’ve used these hotels before but this was by far the most disappointing one.

Toilet was hard to flush. Shower had Luke warm water.

Everything nearby and the staff at my arrival was awesome. The breakfast delicious and the place was really clean. Would stay again Staying longer

Breakfast had good choices for main dishes and regional condiments. Room was very clean and large enough for the two of us and our large dog.

Terrible experience. TV didn't work, bed skirt was diagonal upon arrival, shower pressure was so hard, my 6 yr old couldn't stand in it, and we could hear people yelling in the room below us (clearly) through our AC unit. The AC had dust caked on and the lamp shades had cracks and missing pieces. To make it so much worse, our vehicle was vandalized overnight. Apparently this had happened for 3 nights in a row but the property chose not to disclose this to us upon check-in which is highly disappointing being that they knew this had been a problem recently. They have no external cameras. The only camera they have facing their entrance doesn't work (per their employee). The gates to the parking lot do not close, the Manager says they do, but I checked in after 11pm and they were still open...he said "oh, they close at midnight". They have a "security officer" dressed in street clothes who hangs out outside, but upon seeing the vandals, he was told not to approach them since they were likely armed (we understand that). This took place just after midnight with 19 cars being hit and no one advised guests. We found our car upon check out to have the back windows busted out but were never told by staff that the vandalism had taken place. When we asked staff if they were aware of this they stated "yes, the police have been here a few times already throughout the night". Poorly managed property and honestly an embarrassment to the Hilton Brand. Pure negligence. Sending to corporate.

The room was missing linens. Floor was not vacuumed, multiple trash on the floor. Dirty plates in the cabinet. No overseeing of the breakfast buffet—multiple trips with one plate and kids unsupervised. Overflowing trashcans for multiple days in front of the hotel after we had said something for two days. Along with 17 other cars, our vehicle was broken into causing $3700 in damages. This was a known issue and no oversight has been done. We are having to spend out of pocket expenses to return to San Antonio to pick up our repaired vehicle.

Everything in hotel was excellent except that the morning we were checking out, we woke up to our vehicle's windows broken!! Not only ours but 15 other cars . And they are not responsible for nothing the hotel has not one single camera outside. Cops said it's the second weekend they do this here .

Dates rooms and smelly

Do not stay at this hotel! 12 vehicles were broken in. Supposedly security guard got mugged but law enforcement told us that was false! All the cars that were broken into conviently were exactly were there were NO cameras. They didn’t mess with any cars in the view of cameras. Also how does security or staff not see or hear 12 cars having the window bashed out, glass everywhere.

Loved the staff and Mr Rios was very helpful during checkout for sure to be back God willing.

The breakfast was good as always My room keys didn’t work even when they sent a worker up to help fix it! The room was outdated there was also what looks like to be mold above the window near AC. The dining area could be bigger like the one in McAllen. And also finding the place was hard one entrance
