First of all let me say that Ben is AMAZING!! He is ALWAYS very friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate! The breakfast variety is really good! Our room was very spacious and clean. I don't know if the beds are new but they were SOOOO comfortable!! The icing on the cake is the walking distance to Cornerstone Church ❣️

Excellent breakfast, spacious room for a family of five, management was super attentive and helpful. They were quickly able to extend our stay for an additional night when we asked. Will stay here again!

Friendly staff, cleanliness Not enough towels in the room, bedding was too small for the bed and if you moved any at all the bottom covers came off the mattress. Didn’t make for a very comfortable nights sleep.

Room service was supposed to be done on day 2. We piled up the all the towels to make it easier for them only to come back late at night to the pile of towels. We used the same dirty towels that night. Mold was also showing above the shower. Shower head had terrible water flow. Staff didn’t honor their refund for night if we weren’t satisfied. Something about a breach in contract.

Location No hot water for shower. Took forever to get the door key to work every time I left and came back.

We were visiting San Antonio for my nieces 25th birthday. We chose this hotel because a suite with 2 queen beds would give us more room to be together, but not be so crowded. The staff were super friendly and our room was great. We had a plumbing problem and they were there within minutes to fix it. Breakfast was good, but the staff seemed kind of overwhelmed and struggled to keep food items filled. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and quiet Staff can listen to the needs and get someone to clean the room when told has to ask for room service after coming back to a dirty room.

It was a very nice hotel. It needs some updating, bedding, bathroom, etc. All in all very nice stay!

The place was nice. Unfortunately there was fire at the hotel which forced me to miss a day of scheduled work while I was in town.

I loved the location. The entrance to the site needs to finish construction or the joining property needs to be connected.
