The breakfast was very good

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Had the perfect view for the firework show too!

Came for forth of July and it was wonderful

The ac sound was very load and couldn’t sleep

The breakfast buffet was very good! The only complaint is the bathroom(toilet and shower) is very tight.

Very friendly staffs

Hotel stay was good for the price, room was spacious just not a big fan of the sink being in front of the beds especially having littles trying to not wake them up at night. Breakfast was not great at all needs more of a variety. Overall would stay again if it was at a discounted price I found it.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious for a family of 5. Restroom was small but it was not too bad. Parking was not included but it was somewhat understandable since the hotel is near downtown.

Excellent

Elevator got stuck while we were inside. Front desk was rude and she had a bad attitude towards customers.

It was close to the convention center (which is what we wanted). Hotel parking was amongst the cheapest in downtown San Antonio (some says we Uber’d for only $8 to the convention center). Staff was very nice…manager was friendly (& made the best white chocolate mocha’s). The washer didn’t work :( which I was counting on. Also, the pool didn’t look very clean so we didn’t use it

Clean room and clean lobby

Holiday weekend so it was very busy. All the staff was very friendly and caring. Just 2 less than positive comments. I did not get breakfast because lines were too long also, Saturday morning a garbage truck was parked outside making a lot of noise for 20 minutes and then picked up the dumpster. That upset my wife because he could have been idle or quiet while waiting to pick up the dumpster. Other than that, it was a great experience. One more thing— this was the first time I ever paid for parking in the hotel that I paid to stay at.

Wonderful location from River Walk. Our room and breakfast were terrific. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything went very smoothly.
