Nice and walkable to the river walk
-
The extra charge in the next door parking. We travel on a budget. We don’t expect to pay $32 per night in the next door parking building because it was no more parking in the hotel

The staff was so polite. We got there super late in the evening and was very accommodating and friendly. Even took his time to tell us what was still open since it was midnight. I booked a room with double Queen beds. However, we got double full sized beds. I did not complain since we were only stay for a couple nights. Everything else was great.

The location to the river walk. The view from your balcony is the parking lot and street. And the water pressure is not great.
-
Remote control had batteries exposed, the shower diverter did not work was not getting water on the shower head only on the spout. Upon arrival they were doing maintenance kept hearing hammering at 830pm

Quaint, historic hotel nestled just off the beaten path with great access to parking. Location gives impression of a slower pace but is only steps from hustle of downtown. Balcony access and common areas on each floor gave us alternative spaces for enjoying morning coffee and playing card games. Older details like the front double doors and remnants of the original elevator (you can picture the gate that likely was once there) add to the character of this place and really feel special.

The location was perfect. I enjoyed the balcony, and the beautiful lobby and floor setting. The staff at the front desk were very professional and pleasant. Not being told that some one would be outside on balcony early in the morning move the balcony furniture and watering the plants. I thought someone was trying to get into my room.

Misrepresentation Of rooms. The room are very some made me and my family feel Claustrophobic. On top of the when you walk into the lobby it stinks like really bad of black mole and so did the room and the floor it was located on. I was there with my family for only 10 min and we Immediately left. On top of that they refused to give me a full refund of my money even though I never use any of there services. They robed me.

Would be helpful if you told people that there is $7 parking literally across the street 20 feet away instead of only telling people about yals $25 parking

It was a nice hotel, historic nice balcony, and it was a short walk to the Alamodome.
-
Didn't get much sleep cuz the construction crew was vacuuming at my door at 1:30am!! And, when we went to tell the front desk the little girl said, oh they sometimes work till 5:30am. Like for real? Didn't get much sleep and should have been given some kind of compensation.
