One of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Not part of the Fairmont chain. Far more beautiful and luxurious. I can’t tjink of one negative. The staff was amazing

Overall experience was great! Super hospitable staff and great rooms. Restaurants and bar are great as well. Only thing that wasn’t the best was there was somebody’s used underwear in our room right when we got in 😅 was hoping for some explanation but the staff just went by and picked up the underwear and left. Hopefully this isn’t the norm here!

Excellent for seeing concerts at the Alamodome (walking distance). Love the rooftop bar and staff was VERY attentive - the best ever!!!

The hotel has a very unique and rustic charm to it with a hint of modern-day upgrades. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and all the staff were very pleasant and amicable. Also within walking distance to the riverwalk, mall, convention center, and other local charms. Will definitely stay here again.

We decided to come just for one night and everything was amazing! From ALL staff members to the food at Nonna we could not have been happier with how wonderful everything was. We will be back for sure.

Friendly staff clean room the shower was definitely my favorite felt like I could stay in there all day long close to the riverwalk and convention center in the Alamodome all within walking distance highly recommend
