Love this property. Have stayed here on multiple trips. Clean. Safe. Well maintained. Friendly staff.

Great hotel but no lobby which was a downer. Also housekeeping is not that good

In the end, I was never able to use the credit at all. It was very frustrating to be given a daily credit that had so many restrictions.

There is a resort fee of $50 plus a $150 hold that they place on your card. It’s am okay hotel but not worth $250 per night. I’d say maybe the $100 range. Parking is $61 for valet because the hotel first offer parking or there is a pay to park down the street that’s about $40 per day. It’s not worth it. Well at least not to me.

This is place is amazing! Super friendly staff, clean, and the restaurant inside is AMAZING! Try the chicken sausage for breakfast and the Wagu burger for lunch. This will be our new spot when we come to San Antonio!

We loved it! We went to a concert at the Alamodome and were able to walk to it from the hotel. The only downside I had was that only valet parking was available, there was no private parking unless you went to find a lot on your own. I didn't like that; it was $66 for the parking or go find your own and I didn't have time to find my own. That was the only negative, otherwise everything was awesome and the staff was so nice!!!

Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful during this first time solo trip to Texas. I loved the property and plan to return if I ever need a place to stay near San Antonio!

The hotel was amazing and the staff were incredible. They were proactive in greeting us and always helpful with information or recommendations. There is also the most amazing pizza place right across the road and within walking distance to all other amenities and attractions. The only not so glowing piece of my review is that the lobby and elevators had a very strong artificial perfume smell (intentional I believe) so if you’re sensitive to smells, be prepared as you walk through but well worth it. The rest of the property was great.

Checking in early was a hassle and made to see like an inconvenience. Pool bar staff was terrible! I was told over and over "no one could help me" because I was in the pool. A bartender, male with curly black hair went out his way to take care of and just made it so easy. He kept the tab, I went back n forth to get my drinks because the pool staff was overwhelmed. Thank you to him! (He knows who he is bc he hooked my kids up too!!) Dinner at the restaurant was very bland. Waited a long time to get water, greeted and food came out a long time later for a half busy restaurant. We attempted room service and was sad to see online having difficulty ordering. So I make my way down to the bar, to get asked "did I need something " very rudely like I was bothering her while I stood there to ask for a desert order to go. She slammed her bottles down, hit the computer screen in disbelief like she had to do something, and proceeded to ask me again very rudley, "you said what now". I ordered again 2 desert items as she went about her way, and told me it would be a while. And walked off. I asked the front desk a question about my room credit given by Expedia. She proceeded to tell me rudley, and woth an attitude again like i was a bother "we dont partner with Expedia for that". Then showing her ly confirmation. She replied "ill make sure its on there". So i guess there is such a thing then!? Do better Plaza, hire better, KNOW better. I definitely would not recommend and regret, spending.

Does not live up to photos online. Looks like a cheap hotel given a facelift. Staff were very friendly and nice, however.

We enjoyed our time and were made to feel like VIPs the entire stay. The pool, food (both Corinne and Aquanaka), the spacious rooms and lobby area are perfect. Each request was met with a smile and extra attention, if made a request for the room, it was in our room within a few minutes. Thank you Becky! And no request was denied. We played cards in the lobby area and cookies were brought to us. The tea ritual at 6pm was so informative, the tea was delicious and the infused drink had a kick. The pool was very large and the area surrounding very green, it did not feel like we were in downtown at all. La Villita is 2 blocks away. It’s a short walk or car ride to the River Walk and so many sites and restaurants. Dean and the valets were so kind and helpful, even brought us out a small bag of ice for our trip home. We will stay again and again!

Th stay was PHENOMENAL! The location is great! The staff is great! The room was exceptional
