We enjoyed our time and were made to feel like VIPs the entire stay. The pool, food (both Corinne and Aquanaka), the spacious rooms and lobby area are perfect. Each request was met with a smile and extra attention, if made a request for the room, it was in our room within a few minutes. Thank you Becky! And no request was denied. We played cards in the lobby area and cookies were brought to us. The tea ritual at 6pm was so informative, the tea was delicious and the infused drink had a kick. The pool was very large and the area surrounding very green, it did not feel like we were in downtown at all. La Villita is 2 blocks away. It’s a short walk or car ride to the River Walk and so many sites and restaurants. Dean and the valets were so kind and helpful, even brought us out a small bag of ice for our trip home. We will stay again and again!

Awsome Hotel & Staff

My stay was affected by unresolved billing issues and inconsistent customer service. I was charged twice during booking and charged again at checkout. I contacted the hotel after my stay to request clarification and correction of these charges. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was transferred to voicemail and left a message. On three subsequent calls requesting the General Manager’s contact information, the employee ended the call. I also experienced an unprofessional interaction with staff near the pool during check-in. I would like to especially recognize Zoe and Ryan for their helpfulness and professionalism during my stay. They made a genuine effort to assist me, communicated courteously, and provided a positive experience despite the broader issues I encountered. Their efforts were sincerely appreciated. However, the billing problems and difficulty obtaining follow-up support significantly affected my overall experience. I encourage management to review the charges, improve communication with guests regarding billing concerns, and address the customer service issues described above. Based on this experience, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Love staying here! Always smells amazing when you walk in. Chad at the front desk has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in the last 20 years and this might be my favorite one of all time. The reason why was the staff. They all seemed so happy, enjoying their job, happy to help. I didn't feel like I was in the US, but instead another country. The hotel is beautiful and the beds and towels were great, but whomever is managing this hotel - kudos to you.
