SpringHill Suites San Antonio Downtown/Riverwalk Area

Very well located at downtown, the room was very comfortable and clean At the booking they put parking, but don’t tell you you need to pay when you arrive

On site laundry and close to Down Town Breakfast was average

I loved the room. The space, cleanliness, and convenient closeness to the River walk I guess the parking wasn't the most convenient since we had to go across the street because the lot was full in front of the property and we arrived early so I'm not sure why there wasn't parking for us

It was difficult to regulate the AC system in the room. Needed more front desk personnel for guest check in. Refrigerator did not get cold. The sink faucet leaked water under the faucet housing to the sink top. The breakfast was good, required taking to the room for reheating. A microwave in the service area would have been helpful.

From the front desk to the maintenance, everyone was very friendly. The room was large and clean. I have absolutely no complaints. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Very good

Pool needed cleaning or least clean up leaves inside pool. Staff was meh. Paid for hotel parking only to have to park across the street at a different overflow lot on two separate nights because the hotel parking was completely filled. One room smelled like dog pee. The other one had to get maintenance to fix sink due to clog. Breakfast was 4.5/5. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again.

We didn’t get any cleaning services out entire five day stay. The bathroom was not very clean, one of the TVs didn’t work and the A/C was only working in part of the room.

Great stay

Location and room size

I loved the clean room, The location, and the breakfast was great, I give this place a 5 star review, so overall great hotel and I dont see the bad reviews I am still currently waiting for my $40 back that i paid when i first came , It was a fee that they said they would pay back when I checked out of the hotel

Everything is good even the room, staff, breakfast and parking very well awesome thank you

Great hot options (eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles), dry cereals, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins, coffee, tea, orange and apple juices. I would have loved some fruit
