The experience was perfect! The staff was so nice, and the hotel was perfect!

Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the pool and loved the rooftop bar. We ate dinner at Dean’s steakhouse and the food/experience were comparable to Bohanan’s. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an elevated hotel experience in the downtown San Antonio area.

The hotel was great! The location kind of limits the hotel as the valet and entrance is extremely small for the caliber of the hotel. The check in was great as the staff are excellent and extremely polite. The valet is expensive compared to the other high end hotels in SA. The workers hustle but they do not have enough employees to satisfy the number of vehicles. The 10th floor bar/club/pool is great! I would recommend staying just dont valet your car.

Unfortunately, my room was only cleaned once over the four full days that I was there. When I messaged the front desk about this issue, I never heard back. I had to call or find the cleaning staff for new towels, which was frustrating. I don’t see myself staying there again when a luxury experience is expected but not executed.

Very comfortable bedding, spa bath and shower exceeded expectations. The staff worked quickly to resolve my issues.Would definitely stay again!

I was not impressed with the shower amenities. I would definitely bring my own shampoo and conditioner, as well as bath soap.

Clean room (#200)... shout out to the housekeeping staff Margarita. She was meticulous. Breakfast was good at the restaurant. Well maintained lobby. Walking distance from a bunch of restaurants and attractions.

This hotel is very beautiful, inside and out! The staff at the front desk welcomed my wife and I in as if we were established VIP guests! The atmosphere was amazing. And the room was comfortable and cozy! The inhouse restaurant offers a well enjoyable breakfast that was beyond delicious and presented as if we were in a luxurious restaurant! The staff seemed to be a lil overwhelmed but all in all it was a great way to start our morning!

This is a beautiful hotel! We had a wonderful stay and have already booked to return in October. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend staying in the historic rooms. They are gorgeous and have tons of character. The restaurant was beautiful with wonderful food. The staff was amazing. Will definitely come back.

Great hotel , clean and beautiful and in the perfect location!

The hotel is nice. The staff wasn’t really friendly and getting our car from the valet was a pain. We waited 40 min for the car at one point.

Beautiful luxury hotel near the river walk. Valet parking in the front was very convenient (but extremely busy at times). The complimentary coffee was great and the rooftop pool offers fantastic city views and a relaxing atmosphere.
