I felt so welcomed and attended to by the staff. Lovely hotel near the Riverwalk and the Alamo.

IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY WELL RUN

Beautiful property. Close to conference center, shopping and tourist attractions. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Karina would check in and see if there was anything I needed. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel!

Very clean property. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and staff at Deans were first class. Excellent for business and leisure travelers!

I highly recommend a stay at the Kimpton if you are going to San Antonio. It's conveniently located so it's walking distance from many restaurants and attractions. The rooms are nice, the beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are extremely clean.

Room had a great view and hotel was flush with amenities! Staff was very friendly!

Pet friendly and no pet fees.

Beautiful property, room was aesthetic. I got the best view, the room surpassed expectations. Only issue was two staff members coming to my room recording with a flashlight in my window. It did feel awkward going to the pool with the customers trying to visit the beautiful tenfold bar located on the same floor as the pool.

Loved the design of the hotel, the moment I walked in it was like a tropical destination. Beautiful outdoor space in between the front desk/lobby area and the elevator and restaurant. The interior of the lobby reminded me of a resort in Hawaii. The room was gorgeous. Loved the interior design. The bathroom was a beautiful green. Very resort like. The shower water was so relaxing. Floor to ceiling window that gave me a beautiful view of the hemisphere park/Tower of Americas and part of downtown San Antonio. The air conditioner was very responsive. The bed was so comfortable especially with my back issues. The moment I changed the temperature, I instantly felt the change. I communicated with staff easily via text messaging. They reached out to me and were very responsive with any of my needs. The hotel is also within easy walking distance to restaurants and I easily was able to walk to the Alamodome to see Bruno Mars. Deans for dinner was overpriced but the breakfast was good.

Hotel and staff were wonderful A bit pricy

Amazing location close to Riverwalk. Great staff. We’re only there for a quick overnight with a very early morning departure. Valet parking cost extra but it’s super convenient. They were very accommodating for our family of four with two dogs. It’s a little on the pricey end, but well worth it
