Kimpton Santo San Antonio - Riverwalk by IHG

It wasn’t what I was expecting but my wife enjoyed herself.

I did mention the saying “ In bloom out of the office” it said online by mentioning this they usually honor the free parking or drinks. We received a pair of socks?! With all the taxes, parking, and resort fees it was a lot more expensive than we thought.

Beautiful hotel and great location, very close to the river walk. Only downfall was our room was very noisy, we were right next to the elevator and heard mechanical sounds all night. The toilet in the room did not flush either. Valet did take a very long time, 15 min wait turned into 45 min.

This hotel was in a great location for walking to the river walk. It was clean and smelled amazing inside. Customer service was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

We loved this hotel and will be back. We didn’t even go to the Riverwalk this time it was all about getting away and relaxing. Enjoyed the rooftop pool area most. Bed was comfy, espresso machine was a different touch and shower was nice. I received a complimentary bottle of champagne and cake for my birthday which was very resort like. But they had it on my bill, still waiting to see that credit back but I’m sure I will.

We had a perfect vacation with the Kimpton Santo! The staff is attentive, rooms are comfortable, and the location was just right. We’re coming back for sure!

Excellent location a few blocks from the Riverwalk, King William district and Southtown. Have stayed at this property multiple times and it is always well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful and the amenities are great.

Everything was amazing! Great location within walking distance of lots of great spots in downtown San Antonio. The rooftop pool was perfect with amazing views! The gym also had amazing views and great equipment. Would definitely stay here again!
