InTown Suites Extended Stay San Antonio Airport

Yea they have a Bad case iof the BED BUGS San Pedro location San Antonio Texas

The property was clean and overall as expected, however check-in was delayed due to the payment system being down I was forced to go withdraw cash to pay for my room and for some reason, even though I was told my room would be cleaned on Monday no one ever knocked or came in the room to clean it. Overall, not a big issue because I generally kept it clean, but I could see where it would be an issue for some people.

Everything about this location is amazing ? ? I saw way too much cigarettes butts around units.

Room and property was exceptionally clean. Only concern was presence of roaches.

The manager Latonia is great and very knowledgeable about how to handle any situation,especially late night arrivals. That night arrivals hours are extended to more reasonable times, like office closing time of 9:00p

Upon arrival the Staff was waiting for me and They Were All Very Friendly, Welcoming, and Professional. They answered All my questions and concerns before I even asked. The Room was Comfortable, Cozy, and Clean with updated furniture & new decor. The property was very quiet and well maintained. Great Management. Would recommend 10/10 and We will surely be back again. N/A

Nothing The room was not up to date. The photo's online was not what I got it was old ran down very small

It is very quiet Alarms going off in the middle of the night and someone broke vending machine

Everything was what I expected thanks.... Other than a transformer went out during my stay.

The location and staff Roaches,lazy cleaners,door fell apart because of cheap materials,

Dirty and insect in the kitchen

The hotel was infested with roaches. I deep cleaned the room and housekeeping couldn't even provide me a new blanket and new linens. I presented the issue to the general manager, corporate, your organization, and the health department. I want a refund.

Staff were EXTREMELY friendly, professional and accommodating. Conveniently located, there's a Walgreens and an HEB right by it. Room was small but very functional. Laundry facilities were a plus. No pool or gym, so keep that in mind in case you keep a strict fitness regimen. Neighbors were a tad noisy.

The property was dirty and there were multiple people camped outside their door smoking on the balconies and side walk. The rooms were small. There were no amenities except the laundry room. The check-in process was vigorous and frustrating.
