Very clean good atmosphere Parking

The property is very nice . The location isn’t so bad . Not in a bad location. The layout for the rooms is different from the traditional form. On September 24 , 2026 my husband and I had a hotel booked for 3 days . We already checked in and tried to ask for a later check out, just if it was possibility and Andrew at the front desk was very rude and had no customer service. He shut us down saying “there are no cleaners after 4 pm “ so we couldn’t check out around 8pm . I explained I didn’t mind paying extra for a later check out and he told me” 4 pm was the latest” . We went upstairs to look at the room and were so frustrated on the way we were treated because of Andrew’s customer service we decide to check out. Checking out - When we had walked downstairs and asked Andrew if we could check out. He then followed with saying “make sure the room is empty”. Andrew wasn’t trying to make any resolutions to satisfy our stay after we came back he asked for our key cards which we gave back. After this we asked for a manger which then he stated “what can do to help us with” , which we then stated we wanted to speak with a manger for 2nd time this happened 3 times before he went to grab the manger . Talking to the assistant manger I believe seri - When talking to the shorter older lady we wanted to state what happened . She came up to with no intent to help resolve or descale the situation. When I was asking her if it’s true that there are no cleaners past 4pm she stated that the cleaner are for “higher clientele”. Those were her exact words. After the situation made worse we decide to leave. Andrew cut into the conversation with the assistant manger and was trying to change his words. Neither them seem interested in calming or helping the situation but rather being more argumentative. When receiving a message from booking I was informed we used the shower which is impossible because we weren’t even in the room for more than 5 minutes. I washed my hands and threw the bar of soap into an empty trash can that had no bag. The bed only touched our bag which I understand on the message .

I am a fan of the Aloft hotels, but this one is is poor shape. Bad stains on carpet, No hot water in shower.

From check in to checkout We had a great stay. Cheyenne was extremely helpful and very nice.

Customer service was great and beds were very comfortable, I love that I was able to pregame at the bar in the hotel before the concert No breakfast but not a big deal they have a nice restaurant walking out the door

There was so much to do on the property and catering to animals was top notch There was no outlet on the desk

Hotel has a bar and pool table. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Room was nice and cold.

Shower water wouldn't stay hot, no cold water at sink, conditioner empty, carpet and chairs had stains, baseboards swollen and sticking out in bathroom.

Housekeeping and management should really be on the same page regarding when a guest is checking out. It was extremely uncomfortable getting two knocks and then housekeeping attempting to come into my room even though I had one more night.

Very nice mid-level hotel. Worth every penny. The only complaint was that the television in my room needs to be replaced. It's starting to go out.

You would think that Marriott would be more of an upgrade than when we had a call and and complain about the how the refrigerator was on the floor underneath the sink by the bathroom carpet was rugged and so on

There was absolutely no hot water for the shower. I was there for 3 days and all of my showers were cold. The staff was pleasant and the room was decent enough. Parking is a little annoying bc the main lot is shared with a restaurant and shopping center and stayed packed so had to park in a parking garage that doesn’t have a walkway to it so you’re walking in traffic behind the hotel. Not a big deal if you don’t drive there though. There also aren’t any ice machines so if you need ice, they have bags sometimes but they were mostly out. Decent amenities for the price but the hot water & parking issue was a struggle.

Was roomed right next door to someone with two dogs that kept constantly barking I asked front desk if they had any other rooms that werent on the first floor and they said no. Next time I Would specifically ask if they have rooms on any floor besides the first if you don’t want to hear everyone in the lobby, want to open your window without feeling like someone could just look right through the window,or every dog someone brings and hearing them all the time. Asked for my room to be cleaned and they left my empty glasses that I drank out of the night prior still in my room.
