Aloft by Marriott San Antonio Airport

Really good location, comfortable beds . Although the bathroom / vanity was spacious , it lacked privacy . Doors won’t stay close if you’re showering or sitting on the toilet. Security does patrol the lot . Although there’s limited parking.Staff was very friendly…more than I can say about the guests. If you say hello to someone, you get no response .This hotel is not for me or my family

The rooms could be better and cleaned and not have a funky smell. We had to buy Febreze wall plugs.

I frequent this hotel at least three times a year a when in San Antonio. This Aloft is all ways convenient, reasonably priced, with courteous staff. My only complaint is the hot water never gets hot enough, otherwise its a good stay.

Hotel is in a really good location, just not enough parking. The room has the usual amenities , minus the microwave . Bath/ vanity is not so private if you’re comfortable with that. Over all it has really comfortable beds . Staff is friendly more than I can say about the guests I don’t this is a hotel for me and my kids .

The bed need to change the new one,

I like that it was clean and quiet. The staff were great, especially the cleaning staff. I enjoyed the stay and I didn't hear any noise even though we were so close to the airport

You can hear room doors slam as they close.

My daughter lived in the cheapest storm on her college campus. It felt like that.

Very noisy hotel! There was a machine in the hallway near my room making loud noises 24/7. I'm glad I brought ear plugs, although they did not completely eliminate the noise.

The check in was a little rough as I booked with expedia. I can't say more about the staff other than fantastic. They accommodated us with extra pillows and amicrowave as we had been displaced from our apartment due to air conditioning issues after surgery. The rooms were clean and my boyfriend enjoyed the bar on friday night.

The only downside of our visit was the concierge experience. They were extremely persistent in trying to sell us on attending a “presentation” and didn’t seem to take “no” for an answer, which ended up taking away from our vacation time. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort for its beautiful atmosphere, outstanding staff, and great food.

The staff was amazing but the hotel itself was decent.

Very nice hotel. I do not understand why they drop the ball on the showers. We stay here allot but literally EVERY SINGLE TIME, we don’t get hot water and have to take super cold showers. It’s unfortunate because the place is so nice. Also the shower heads are horrible, cold water spraying at such a high capacity it stings. They need to fix this
