OYO Hotel San Antonio near AT&T Center

Except for Gloria who seems to be running the place by herself with the cleaning and all, OYO is not a hotel but a motel. We arrived with missing stove, no refrigerator, no coffeemaker, and infested with red ants. A diamond in a ruff w/c under proper management is a gold mine. Somebody save this property.

The only thing good about this was the mattress. But it may have been because seeing lack of upkeep. It was not unlivable, and after over 2000 miles travel time, and arriving to the hotel hours late at 3 am due to travel issues. Besides the lack of cleaning, cracks and chips in the walls, lamps unplugged and missing bulbs, and a ceiling access to the crawlspace in the middle of the room, the less than adiquate customer service, and the dirty mini fridge that had a pool of water that looks like it keeps freezing and thawing over and over again. But the Matteress was good now memory foam or anything crazy, but it was AMAZING rmto sleep on.

Homeless and crack heads everywhere

Nothing about this hotel was good i will never book again room was infested with cockroaches the bed sheets were all stained and had holes in them absolutely disgusting DO NOT STAY HERE.

Staff sucked with horrible customer service service

The room had holes in the walls no towels at all bedding low quality has my own blankets. No Hot water tub was dirty had to go get bleach to clean , stove top was broke.

Nothing I founded the unit so dirty, with Cockroaches, ants and no smoke alarm batterie, I was in the lobby requesting my money and they returned to me, complete but the next day, the take the money from my bank account, and the posting the I no shows, in the property, I attached photos I have kids from 2 and 12 year old obviously I wasn't going to sleep in that place, They literally ruined my trip, because they took part of my money that I took to walk my children, and I had to go to another hotel after a long trip driving is not fair, I want my money back I don't know how far I'm going to go but that's not going to stay like this, I talked to the hotel and they didn't attend me they told me they didn't listen to me and they hung up on me this is a scam. I attach photos with date and time where I showed up and they said I didn't do it, and they took my money anyway! When they gave me back my cash for the state of their room!

Hotel dosent like when you leave to do stuff and come back alot. Got kicked out for thinking i had needles when never did. Had a visitor come see me and they didnt approve of that. Did not give chance to stay the extra night. Was told to leave. Even tho no damage was done to the room. When arriving cigarret stains and marks were already aplied before my stay and they blamed me.

sheets were stained, people tried coming into our room in the middle of the night, the shower was full of hair, the stove in the room was broken, the fridge was not clean from the last people in the room

Love it would be nice to go again

Bed linens were dingy and had holes in them, neither tv nor ac functioned without a staff member showing us how operate them. Pictures on hotels.com were not an honest representation of the room we were given

Nothing The facilities were trash, plugs didn't work, sheets and bedding had brown stains, tub looked terrible.

Hotel was horrible. Stains on couch, ac broken. Dirty towels. Bed sheets and pillow cases stained. One of the nastiest places I’ve ever seen. Could not stay and was denied a refund. Do not book this place

There was a nice cleaning lady but im not exactly sure what she did cause the rooms were pretty gross and I am not usually not bothered by those things. The owners acted like they didn't want us there and like everything was a huge burden... they didn't have a room and we slept in a dirty room you could tell someone lived in the bed had human hair everywhere. The nice cleaning lady moved us the next day to a room that was a little cleaner. Non of the rooms had working smoke detectors. The bedding was definitely dirty, and none of the tvs worked... both room smelled of cigarettes ?

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean

Their TV has every single channel and streaming thing you can think of, but they do not work. It’s messy , comforter and pillows were dirty towel towels were dirty

The lady at the counter was rude.because she was sleep in the back

Terrible hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. Dirty af. Not “scrubbed clean” like the pictures claim. Unprofessional. Checked in and checked out within 15 minutes.

Too dirty mattresses, bed sheets and towels also dirty floors of the room as well as of the bathroom.

The room was in terrible shape. Broken cabinets in kitchen, dingy filthy furniture, overall disgusting. Smelled like cigarette smoke.
