Efficient, staff clean rooms and spacious

Very clean and nice hotel. They were at max capacity and still everything went smoothly. The only thing we didn’t like was the water pressure for the sink. Other than that great hotel.

I reported the issue to the front desk, and the receptionist was courteous and moved me to another room for my second night. Unfortunately, the A/C in the new room had the same unacceptable noise problem. After two sleepless nights, it was clear this wasn't an isolated issue but a problem with the hotel's A/C system. I appreciate the receptionist's effort to help, but changing rooms did not solve the problem. A hotel should provide a quiet, comfortable environment for guests to rest, and this stay fell far short of that expectation. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests don't have the same experience.

However our room for some reason had a constant squeeking sound probably from AC vent like that of a fire alarm but there was no smoke or fire. That made it difficult to sleep. Given the july 4th weekend the hotel was full to the capacity so couldnt change the room.

Had a great experience

Room was nice and service was good. Our stay was interrupted by a power outage in the whole hotel and after the outage our air conditioner wouldn't blow cool air. I did address it to the staff and it was going to be relayed to maintenance but the hot air made it uncomfortable to sleep.

We paid extra money to sit in the lounge area where there are less people just for everyone in the hotel to have

Great location nice room for family

Location was great. In my room the A/C made a rickety sound so bad I had to ask for ear plugs to sleep.

I urge any future traveler to skip this hotel. I called the hotel to make sure they had a crib for newborn, which they confirmed and so I proceeded with the reservation. When we arrived, at almost midnight, the front desk guy checked us in, and then said that they didn’t have any cribs and all they could do was “offer us some blankets”. The staff refused to make it right. They were very rude. My family and I had to leave in the middle of the night to find another hotel, all this while being discharged from the hospital just a few hours prior. Again, to any travelers considering this hotel, skip it, take your family somewhere else. Management and staff should all be fired. Front desk guy with glasses should even be arrested for suggesting we sleep a newborn on a regular bed with “some blankets”.
